Now I can see if you started screaming and acting aggressively towards them then of course they should be mean towards you! Also the same one claimed nothing changed that's probably because they didn't follow the directions that were sent to them! They probably didn't drink a lot of water the day before the day of and the day after! Then probably didn't wear the right stuff for the 72 hours after. I have pain in my hips from a sciatica nerve and I didn't feel any pain the day of nor the day after and I've been trying not to eat the wrong things. Now granted IT IS NOT CHEAP!! WHICH I HATE I DONT HAVE THE EXTRA MONEY TO BUY A BUNDLE but that won't stop me from purchasing individually to go back in! I absolutely love the experience and these ladies are awesome. The key is to treat people how you want to be treated. Go on there being friendly and all you will get in return from them is positive vibes! Upon arriving, I was a little thrown off by the feeling that I was somehow bothering the worker but I did order more tests as a bundle. It's been nearly a year and I've attempted to call Dexafit many times, leaving multiple messages, and text without any response. Their VO2 max machine is still down according to the online scheduling and AI text response. I wouldn't say this is a place you should never go, but I will say that other places offer the same services, with a working VO2max machine, better customer service at similar prices. Unless you live next door, I recommend you continue to shop around as this experience won't be a great one and Dallas has options.

Then, I got some initial blood work done and got my first week of shots. The first couple of days are load days, so you eat whatever you want while giving yourself the shots. After the load days, you follow the protocol and the pounds start melting off. About the HCG protocol/shots: It is pretty stringent, but if you follow it you will lose weight. The first week is the hardest because, while you aren't hungry, you still have the cravings. It was really hard, but I lost 7 pounds on week 1 so I was able to stick with it. The following weeks were pretty easy as you aren't really hungry and are getting used to what you can and can't eat. I did the HCG shots for four weeks and lost 15 pounds (165 to 150) - these pounds lost were not muscle but rather actual fat (primarily in my stomach/back). I could have stayed on it for a few more weeks and lost more but I decided I am happy with my weight at 150. This diet also reset my metabolism and hormones. Because I have PCOS it is really hard for me to lose weight even with traditional diet and exercise. The shots really worked and I am very happy with the results - definitely worth the cost and time! The best thing is that I used to be hungry all the time and now my appetite has really shrunk. After more than a week off of the shots I have successfully kept the weight off and don't foresee an issue with doing this in the future. I definitely recommend the HCG shots for people wanting to lose weight, especially women with PCOS. Regarding Equilibrium, I had a really positive experience.
