They charge a $8 gift wrapping fee and you're charged for your selected ribbon and gift wrap. While it was expensive to get the gift wrap, I honestly didn't mind it since it was sooo cute. I would consider doing this again for specialty gifts but if I had more time I would have just wrapped it myself. Staff is always very friendly upon entry, very welcoming and they try to help if you're looking for something specific.

I agree about the customer service... could improve. They close early also and will make sure to let you know. God forbid they will stay a few extra minutes to satisfy a client and shop peacefully.
