I have had the worst experience with Oregon Tackle that I have heard had with any company. I…read moreordered several colors of the same size spinner blade which I use to make my own spinning lures. When the package arrived, I saw the colors were correct but the blades were a size too small. Since the order arrived on Saturday I had to wait until Monday to call the company to find out what went wrong with my order. I talked to a man named Adam (I think the same person who took my original order) who proceeded to give me some kind of run around about their blades being one size off from everybody else who makes spinner components. But after some discussion he told me the proper size blades would get to me the next day,Tuesday, barely in time to make up some spinners for a scheduled fishing trip the following Wednesday. Well, Tuesday came and went and no blades from Oregon Tackle. I didn't even get them by the following Friday. So, I called again that afternoon and talked to Doug Hays who I believe is the owner of the company. Doug gave me an even bigger run around than Adam had. But again, Doug assured me the proper blades would arrive on Saturday. As I write this review on that Saturday, the mail has been delivered and NO blades from Oregon Tackle. These people must have zero business sense. I have been making my own spinners for almost 25 years using components from several different manufacturers and Oregon Tackle has the WORST customer service of any of them. I'm not sure I'd even call what they did to me "customer service". It was more like they thought they could send me anything they wanted and I'd be happy with it. If it weren't for the fact Oregon Tackle is the only spinner component manufacturer who offers the blade colors I was looking for I'd never do business with them again. Stay away from these people unless you want to get insulted, belittled and made to feel like any error is entirely your fault.

We spoke loud enough for them to her us, we asked to hit a few balls, we asked questions about what was available - we gave them so many opportunities to ignite and build a sale but instead, we walked in and found the front counter employee on their phone, then they were fixed on some game on tv. Even after we tried a club out they didn't even try to engage us. We left and went to Galaxy Golf with the perception of it being corporate. HUGELY mistaken. Lance gave us some time on the floor. Gently approached. Answered our questions and then got us on the range to test out our potential clubs. Lance gave me some education tips. Gave me space to think and I bought the full set and met the trainer for lessons. lance also recommended Stone Creek in Oregon City, OR to practice and take my dad. Literal high five to Golf Galaxy. We enrolled our 5 yr old in BJJ at River City Warriors nearby, and we were recommended to go here for gear. At first, I wasn't sure if they would carry a gi this small for my kiddo, but to my surprise, they did! Excellent selection to choose from in terms of boxing gloves, apparel, and gis! When we stepped into the shop, we were greeted and immediately saw a vast amount of boxing gloves sitting neatly on display. There are a lot of shirts related to fighting that people can rep. On the right-hand side lined up against the wall, there are gis in various sizes. They have sizes from infant to adult. My 5 yr old is about 30 lbs. She's petite and fits a size 0000. The gis come in white, blue, and pink. She chose blue! The quality is excellent too. Thick, starchy, and rich in color. The young person came to help us answer any questions we had and checked in the back to see if they had a gi in blue in size 0000. Thankful they had it! Otherwise, we would have had to place an order and waited a week for it to come in. For size reference: 0000 fits probably a 3-4yr old. It's slightly longer in the arms and the length of the pants, but she fits it pretty well. We can roll it up a little and that seems to fit perfectly. The brand we bought was Fuji. Great location even though the parking lot is small. Very busy location! Next to ColdStones and La Sen Vietnamese food.
