I've never done a review before but had to take the time to write this to spread the word to others. I wouldn't want anyone else to get scammed too, and if there was a 0-star rating I totally would've selected it. I ordered and paid $75 for a wallet in August, received one about 3 weeks later that was completely different than the one I ordered and terrible quality. I contacted the owner who claimed that someone had stolen her stuff and sent me a fake one that she hadn't made. She said she would send me the real one that week. Well... now it's January and I still haven't received it. I've messaged them many times and have been ghosted. They deleted any public comments I wrote confronting them as a scam. I requested a refund and I was ignored. What a terrible person and company. Truly unbelievable. I guess there are shitty people in this world. Besides the fact that they're scammers, it's horrible how they use suicide to claim as a nonprofit when all they do is steal people's money! The owner is a straight-up THIEF! Save your money, this is the worst company I've ever bought from. Most manipulating women I've ever dealt with in my life as well. The "customer service" is terrible I haven't received a single email response from them considering I've emailed them 5-6 times. My item came defected with a broken pin that didn't allow the LV logo to stay on the beanie. Poorly made. Not to mention i only received 1 product from them and when i asked For the tracking number for the second item I was either ignored or given an excuse as to why it couldn't be sent. Do NOT waste your money on someone who doesn't value your time. This is my 3rd review posted, and the only one you can see because she reeled me back into her trap offering me discount on my next purchase right after she mentioned seeing my bad comments/review i wrote. So i deleted the 1 star review an wrote a genuine good review thinking she was actually a good person with a good company. I shouldn't have been so naive. She only wants your money and could care less about you as a person. This is more than fraud this is inhumane. Time will catch up too her and she will have a great time reflecting on all the things she did wrong, and TRUST me. It's a lot. Since I am a believer, I will genuinely pray for you McKina because that's what's right. You need to change your ways. There's a reason you have absolutely Horrific reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service and subpar quality! I placed an order in November 2020 and received one of the two items I ordered. That item was not as described at all and was very cheaply made. The other item was not received. I have been reaching out to the owner for the past three months who has yet to send me the shipping label to re-turn and exchange the item I am not happy with and has also yet to send me the other item that is missing. Either she does not know how to run a business or she's just a complete thief. She responds sporadically to emails and sends shipping tracking numbers that still say they're waiting for the item to be shipped. I have not received a response in about a month now and have sent several follow-up emails. She claims to be supporting mental health and claims to be a Christian, I don't see evidence of either of those and I'm extremely disappointed. She is a total disgrace! read more

Do not order from this business. Please review the dozens of Better Business Bureau complaints and Yelp reviews. The BBB reviews are under Soulfully Rooted and some under Soulfully Rooted Boutique. This company has scammed customers out of tens of thousands of dollars. I ordered items on January 30th and still have not received all of my items and it took months to receive the items that I did. I had to email them numerous times and was lied to repeatedly and told that my items were shipped but no tracking was ever provided. Now this company went in and randomly deducted $69 from my bank account although I did not order anything. I was advised twice that the money would be put back into my account and it hasn't been and they also could not provide any reason as to why it was deducted in the first place. Now they refuse to communicate with me at all. Remove your bank information from their site so this doesn't happen to you. If you have been scammed by this company, please file a police report no matter how large or small the amount. This company is a fraud and needs shut down. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!! They are not a registered business nor are they a "registered" nonprofit company. How sick you must be to be CLAIMING YOU'RE RAISING MONEY FOR SUICIDE AWARENESS!!! Ordered product September 2020, got the run around for months. Was told on 3 separate occasions my order was "being processed and shipped out soon" LOL SO STUPID. I never received product and fought tooth and nail to get a refund, which I never got. Thankfully, I got a refund through my CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!! This owner keeps repeatedly telling me and replies to comments or reviews saying she "refunded me as well as sent me my product" - NEITHER OF WHICH SHE DID! BECAUSE SHE IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR!!! I would give a negative 10 stars to this SCAM ARTIST if I could. I have owned a boutique for 20 years and decided to place a very large wholesale order with McKinna (owner). The order was for $1,750.00 McKenna made so many promises there is probably not enough space to list them all. I have all texts and emails to prove. I made a very SPECIFIC order based off her website. I barley got any of the actual products I ordered but variations of them or other stuff all together. As others have reviewed, she creates a label but then never actually ships the product. My ordeal started in early October 2020 and just ended this week with my credit card crediting me back $950 for fraudulent activity. I received about $790 in product but I'd say 70% of it was not what I ordered and half of it was falling apart so I could not sell it. I also asked McKenna on the front end several times if her material was authentic re-purposed designer material which she assured me it was. I have been in this particular market for a few years now and I assure you she was not using authentic designer material (at least for the items I did receive). One way to know is that some of her materials were patterns that the designer never made. Anyway, take my advice and DO NOT ORDER from her under any circumstance. And to you McKinna, this whole transaction makes me very sad because you knew the pandemic reeked havoc on my business and I poured what little money I had left into your products in hopes of reviving my business--that's how much I initially believed in you and your products.
