The lights went on and we were graced with the most beautiful view of the downtown in the evening that I have ever seen, while sipping a fantastic cocktail. It's not cheap, but also not over-the-top for the quality of drink you get. The food up here is limited, but they offer a small cheese tray, and some fancy small bar-bites if you're looking for a light snack. Way too lightly dressed for the arugula, and there wasn't much flavor unless you happened to get a piece of fruit, a piece of cheese, and the arugula all in one bite.
