But they also carry more stylish and popular brands like Vans, Sperry and Nike. Since they are located at the beach, they have plenty of summer footwear including Olukai slip ones, Sanuk flip flops, and Rainbow sandals. The owner of this store is named Billie, but Jean us not her lover....okay, ever since Billie sang a small portion of that song, it got stuck in my head. I don't know how many times I have been in this store, but come this September, this store will be closing its doors forever. The Coronavirus outbreak really put things in perspective for Billie and will close some time in September. So "Try to remember the kind of September When life was slow and oh, so mellow. Try to remember the kind of September When grass was green and grain so yellow." If you do remember this place after September, it will be in memories...yes all your troubles will be do far away. No shadows hanging over you... Okay, my mind is going in all different directions. Billie has a good store here and a fun crewmembers. It is a shame the store will be closing its doors this year, but Billie does sell cool clothing and other accessories. I enjoyed our talk with Billie. I had to get her attention again to ask what material it was. She responded, "Well, what does the tag say?" I looked at the other side of the tag, which had "gp" scribbled on it. She then said, with an annoyed tone, "Okay, so it's gold plated," as though I had asked some ridiculous question. Then she walked away again. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was trying to purchase an item from the store. Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering her simply by asking a question about something I was considering buying. I was so put off by the interaction that I didn't even want the necklace anymore. Why go out of your way to make a paying customer feel unwelcome for no apparent reason? I won't give my money to a business where the staff can't be bothered to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. If you look at their Google reviews, the staff's attitude is a known issue. They apologize in response to reviews but make no adjustments. It's a shame for a store with such a nice selection and location to have the employees ruin the experience.

Shoppers walk along decking and boardwalks to access the shops. Also, there are different buildings within the shopping center so that adds some interest too. My favorite shops here are The Cottage Shop, Sound Feet Shoes and The Cotton Gin. In addition to shops there are also a handful of restaurants and eateries. And behind the shopping center is a race track and miniature golf course. Timbuck II includes some other business too like a massage place and a real estate office.

NEVER SHOP HERE My…read moreboyfriend and I went into this shop and purchased a Sand Cloud towel for $70. We had not used it and attempted to return it (folded, stickers and tags still attached) only to be met with a strong "no, you're not allowed". We had bought it the day before and had the receipt which clearly states that returns are allowed within 30 days. On top of this when we checked out we requested to split the payment down the middle (so we could pay half-half) and the lady at the counter said yes, but when he put his card onto the machine it paid the full amount. It was very annoying that the lady at the counter didn't know how to work her own checkout machine. Never go to this store.
