    2017 mustang GT

To start off, I have a 2017 mustang GT 10/10 times I'll recommend anyone from getting a ford or even just getting their current vehicle worked on from this ford dealership. Over the course of 1year, this dealership had my car for 7 months of the year, First 3 months I had to go there due to some misfiring issues I had with my vehicle, turned out to be further issues lying in the engine had to get a vehicle replaced, which was covered through my warranty, (they also charge more than what outside warranties cover, so had to still pay on top of it) I assumed a new engine okay, so I'll be good for pretty good time, as I just daily the vehicle to work and home. 2 1/2 months go by of just being a daily driver, as I headed to the store the vehicle stalled on me, confused I was able to start it back and pull into the parking lot, noticing I am now In limp mode, CEL is back on, vehicle is misfiring heavily, I was able to tow it back to the dealership, and showed them the codes I found, and explained the issue. They found the issue was the VCT sensor was bad (they used from previous engine and didn't tell me) later tried to tell me and charge me $10,000 for repairs, and I had to argue with them stating it's INSIDE THE ENGINE, and it's covered under the ford warranty due to the engine replacement, after some time was abled for them to actually confirm it and continued with the repairs... As of yesterday Roughly 3-4 months later I was able to go back and pick up my vehicle after 3 month back order for cams, along with then notifying me a retainer clip on a hose was broken off and replaced with a zip tie, and wouldn't be covered by them. (I've not touched inside the engine bay, only the dealership) Along the route back home I had an issue with the CEL reappearing and misfires appearing. for the safety of the engine, I had it towed the remainder of the way, along being able to check codes, the same codes appeared, and in back in the same spot I was last time, without a vehicle... warranty had saved me money, but the incompetence of the techs/employees there failing to properly fix an engine is beyond me.. 2 times for me with over $40k work in the engine, and still they can't get the job done properly..

I send them several pictures and videos same day., they ignored me after three months. I contacted them again with legal council and they answer within 10 minutes and admitted fault of truck being damaged by one of their drivers, . I asked for a new truck they said NO that they had to buy it back and they sent me a buyback contract the next day 24 hours later, now I'm seeking legal council and all of a sudden they want to give me a new truck per general manager. PLEASE BEWARE I

Sound Ford, clearly doesn't want my son's car contract shown, its all in writing, no words needed, they do not want to explain it.

Where did the $20.000.00 down payment go?

Bottom line these people are passive aggressive, and shy away from black customers. Customer service here needs to be revamped.

At delivery, the truck was not properly detailed. There was a dirty towel left inside, the center console was unclean, bird droppings on the exterior, and the truck bed had not been cleaned. For a vehicle that had been reserved for a week and given the amount we paid, this level of preparation was unacceptable. We were not provided a walkthrough of the truck's features, no guidance on the Toyota app, and no explanation of how to set up payments. We also were not informed at the time of purchase that we could upgrade rims and tires by paying the difference -- something we only discovered later through the service manager, after the opportunity had passed. While Bradley was professional and polite, the overall sales process lacked clear communication and follow-through. After an accessory upgrade, we were not properly advised about the window tinting process and only learned not to roll the windows down from a small Post-it note. Most disappointing, after Keith, the Sales Manager, personally asked us to leave a review, I emailed him twice to address these concerns and received no response over several months. That lack of accountability reinforced our concerns about the overall customer experience. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

I paid $687 in registration and licensing fees when I bought my car from Walker Renton Subaru, but…read morethey never submitted the paperwork to the DMV. I had to take two days off work and go to the DMV twice just to avoid driving illegally before visiting family for Christmas. Since the DMV had no record of my paperwork, I was forced to pay another $410 for a 90-day permit and registration--money I don't have as I'm getting married next year. While I was at the DMV, Justin Skoll (Walker's Renton Sales Manager) told me over the phone to pay the fee again and send him the receipt, and he committed to reimbursing me. After I sent the receipt, he reversed his position and said he now has to wait for confirmation from the DMV before reimbursing anything--even though they admitted they put a stop on the check they originally sent. By Oregon and Washington law, it is the dealer's responsibility to ensure a vehicle can be registered when they collect registration fees. Instead, the dealership failed to process my paperwork, kept the $687 I paid them, and left me to pay the DMV again. Leading up to Christmas and my wedding, I am now out $1,097 and only have a temporary 90-day permit. As someone who has worked in dealerships and OEM's, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.

Their prices are astronomically inflated, but the real disaster is their complete inability to communicate or follow through on anything they promise. My Wrangler has now been sitting in their service department for over 30 days. In that entire time, getting any kind of update has been like pulling teeth. They do not answer calls. They do not return voicemails. They do not reply to texts. They do not proactively communicate anything -- not status, not delays, not parts issues, nothing. Every timeline they've given me has been blown past without explanation or accountability. I would recommend looking elsewhere, it is worth a longer drive for better service and cheaper prices.

Dealership Review: 0/5 Stars - Misdiagnosis and Refusal to Refund Diagnostic Fee…read more Avoid This Dealership - Charged for a Completely Wrong (and Likely Fake) Diagnosis on My 2020 Jeep Gladiator As a mechanically inclined Jeep owner who's stronger than average and comfortable wrenching on my own vehicles, I brought my 2020 Gladiator to this dealership because it was making a loud noise while driving. With some warranty time/miles still remaining, I figured I'd let them check it first in case it was covered. If not, I'd pay a fair diagnostic fee and fix it myself if possible. The service advisor (Anthony, who was actually excellent with communication) relayed the tech's diagnosis: all the engine pulleys were bad, determined by removing the intake, serpentine belt, and using compressed air to isolate the noise. Wearable parts like pulleys aren't covered under warranty, so I paid the ~$400 diagnostic fee upfront to get a confident answer. They even provided OEM part numbers, which I appreciated, and I ordered and installed everything myself (including a new belt). Here's where it went wrong: When I started the repair, it was immediately obvious no one had touched the engine bay recently. My Gladiator gets dirty from off-road trails, and there was zero evidence of the intake or belt being removed--no fresh fingerprints, no disturbed dust/dirt, nothing. After replacing all the pulleys and belt, I test-drove it... and the exact same loud noise persisted. Nothing fixed. I called the dealership right away, explained the repairs didn't resolve anything, and requested a refund of the diagnostic fee since the issue was clearly misdiagnosed (and suspiciously, it seemed like little to no actual work was done to arrive at it). I was fine eating the cost of parts and my own labor, but charging me $400 for an incorrect (and possibly fabricated) diagnosis felt wrong. Took it to an independent shop instead. On a lift and after a quick test drive (in literally 2 minutes), they pinpointed the real problem: the rear differential pinion bearing - the complete opposite end of the vehicle from the engine pulleys. A proper diagnosis should involve a road test and lift inspection, which apparently wasn't done here. The dealership refused to refund the diagnostic fee, claiming they "performed the work" (even though evidence suggests otherwise). This has permanently lost my business - I'll stick with trusted local shops from now on. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
