I'm editing my post to add that i took my suv into a little mom and pop shop near me and they did a diagnostic on my vehicle and looked at my vehicle come to find out the problem with my Armada was that the coil pack on one of the cylinders broke up so it was misfiring. I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS! read more

!!!SERVICE REPAIR BEWARE!!! I brought my daughters Nissan Sentra in to Younker today to have recall work done. The vehicle is in immaculate condition and has been well taken care of (less than 75k). After I recieved the key back, I got in the car and noticed the seat was adjusted all the way back. After I adjusted the seat back and began to drive the car off the lot, I noticed a clicking noise everytime I moved the steering wheel more than an in inch. I backed up and went back in to tell the service advisor Riz that something isn't right. I called my stepdad and he said if a bigger man put his weight on the wheel when getting in it can cause damage to the clock spring. After the advisor drove it back to the service garage he came to tell me that I would need to pay a diagnostic fee, labor and parts even though he knew the steering wheel wasnt doing that when I brought it in as he drove it to the back. I then asked to speak with the service advisor Ben who claimed it was a "coincidence" that it just started doing that and he was only willing to cover the diagnostic. I spoke with the owner Jimmy and he said Ben would get it looked at and he'll take good care of me. Of course then I wait an additional hour for Ben to tell me they wanted over a thousand dollars to fix it as it was the clock spring. When I reiterated that whatever is broke was done on their time therefore they're responsible for the repair, he refused to take any accountability. He then also told me to save a little I could just not replace a part that is required by the manufacturer to be replaced when the clock spring is replaced, that would only cost $700. I am now in the process of calling other Nissan dealerships to have this fixed. Sad thing for them is, my Mom was literally on her way down to look at purchasing a new Pathfinder. Good CUSTOMER SERVICE and ACCOUNTABILITY go a long way, its time to do better Younker! I purchased a super good looking Nissan Versa from Dimitris, and had a very positive experience. He told us it is a "family owned shop" and you do get that feeling - it is much more laid back than the dealerships in Seattle. Dimitris was very accommodating and patient. Their gas pump broke so they couldn't fill up my tank as promised, & he had someone get gas from the gas station to fill it. Any concerns I had were met with "what can I do to make this right?" They didn't hard sell us, and at first we did not agree on a price so we left. After we left, they decided they were okay with our price and we agreed to terms over text. By the time we came in, the process was very easy, and we were done in less than an hour after we took one last inspection and test drive. I am VERY disappointed in Younker Nissan. They decided to charge me $7.50 to "fill" my washer fluid when it was already filled by me the day prior. Aside from that, I have never been charged for said item when getting my car serviced. The "labor charges" were absolutely outrageous. Almost $100 an hour for a tech to change the oil, rotate my tires, and swap some filters? Really??? I understand not working for free, because I was in the business for seven years, but $336 in labor is crazy. Another not so fantastic experience here was the fact that when I walked in, there were two advisors working. One had a customer in front of him, and the other was completely oblivious to what was going on around him. He did not acknowledge that I was standing there at all. When I made a comment to the other advisor about it, he said he "was dealing with another customer." It didn't look that way to me. Texting on your phone is not "dealing with another customer." I had received ONE update while my car was in the back, but then radio silence. I called and a receptionist that obviously hates her job transferred me to the service department, where I was sent to voicemail. I tried calling back, someone picked up the phone then hung up. The last resort was texting the number where you are SUPPOSED to be able to get updates to find out if the car was done. No response. Brought my Murano in for headlight check and reset. Was told my front lower control arms were cracking and my battery had not passed the test. Battery with positive terminal, approx. $350. Front control arms, around $2,000! Took it to Greg's in Renton. I have pictures proving that not only are there no cracks in the control arms, the battery tested 100%. tl/dr: Sales department great. Service department needs improvement. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. The salesperson was very helpful and took care of all the paperwork. However, I'm not sure if the Younker Connect Ikon tracker was an optional add-on or included with the car, as it was added to the sale without asking me. I had to take the car to the service department three times within a month. They replaced the backup camera under warranty and also installed new tires. However, I had to bring the car in twice to get the door lock and the Ikon Connect repaired. Additionally, they replaced my high-end less-than-a-week old windshield wipers with OEM ones without informing me and threw away the ones I had just bought. When I asked for the wiper blades back or compensation, I was denied, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. DO NOT BUY HERE! 1: Shocking incompetence, they lost my car multiple time while servicing, multiple people didn't know basic Nissan features and products and had to be shown from their own website. 2: Breach of contract. Read your contract very carefully and make sure there is a clause that forces them to do an equivalent package/upgrade if they can't do promised work. I bought a vehicle on the condition that they fix the broken parts and install the Divide-n-Hide Storage System, but then later found out that the promised upgrade was impossible on the all wheel drive model of the Ariya. They then refused to do equivalent work or upgrades. 3: Very rude. They will be nice at first, but the moment you start pushing back on them trying to scam you they will start talking over you and yelling, particularly Cristian in sales was especially rude. 4: Dishonest. They even laughably tried to bribe me into leaving a 5 star review at one point and they also complained to me repeatedly about how much it was costing them to fix my car, even though they would have acquired it for a reduced cost because the damage was blatant and obvious. Deceptive sales practice or just incompetence? My experience with Younkers Nissan Sales went very poorly; a waste of muy time with two visits. Visit #1, 3/16/2024: After pre-contact with Garrett on a listed pre-owned Frontier truck, I made an appointment to see it. I arrived to be surprised that it was not available because the dealership owner had taken it off lot for the weekend. Instead, I test drove the same exact model with much lower miles but at a much higher price. Sure, I'm disappointed to not see the actual truck but also surprised that the viewed truck is filthy as though it's come in from a day of off-roading. At the end Garrett seek to close on the original truck sight unseen! No, I need to see the actual truck. I let Garrett know to set up another appointment for a revisit to see the truck upon its return. Visit #2, 3/22/2024: The following week, I follow up with Garrett who says that the truck is being returned that mid-week. I set up an appointment to view, requesting that the truck be fully detailed in advance because in the listing it looks dirty (does this dealership really want to sell these pre-owned trucks?). On appointment day, as I'm making my way through Seattle traffic, having taken the day off from work, I am notified that 1) they still need to detail the truck and 2) they can't find the keys. Fine, we move the appointment later in the day and they find one key but not the other, which Garrett claims to have driven to Seattle to get (doesn't ad up how he could have driven to Seattle and back before I arrived). When I arrive, I had to wait additional time while they finish the detailing. NOW THE KICKER: finally when I get to see the cleaned truck, I check the odometer, and to my bewilderment, it is the low mileage truck that I already saw on Visit #1, NOT the original truck I was aimed to see! What's going on here? Garrett informs me that they sold the truck last weekend after I initially visited. HUH? Then why didn't he inform me? Why am I seeing the same truck that I already saw in visit #1 and I'm not interested in? I'm upset for the time waste. Annoyingly, they tried to offer the low mileage truck with a slight discount and when I agree to buy the truck on spot at the price of the sold truck, the sales manager Kristian, came over and instead offeredc a 2024 new Frontier at a modest discount. Maybe it was plain incompetence by Garrett, but I wonder if they had the truck at all, rather, bait customers in and switch to vehicles with greater margins? As of today 3/24/2024, the truck I was originally interested in remains on their website but now at a higher price! See attached photo. I set up a test drive appointment with Garrett. I was late, but I texted that I would be late. I was greeted by Dmitri, and he took me on the test drive. During the test drive, I asked if a mechanic had checked the vehicle. I was told that one had and I could get the service report. Then I noticed the air bag warning light was on. I wondered why the mechanic didn't catch that. Dmitri waived it off as probably something to do with the seatbelt. I noticed there was an anti theft sticker on the windshield and asked about it. Dmitri said that it must be something that the previous owner had. When we returned back to the dealership, Dmitri saw a big anti-theft protection sign. Then, he mentions that all their cars offer anti theft protection for $870. So I said "oh if I want it, I can get the anti theft protection for about $800." He corrected me and said $870. He got the service report, and there was nothing about any warning lights being on. I asked Dmitri what they could do about the warning light. I got the printout for the cost out the door. They did add a burb about spending up to $600 to check out the warning light, but that is all they could do.I was more concerned that they hadn't caught the warning light during the mechanics check. The cost out the door included $999 for the anti theft protection. I was told they had to add this for all their cars. They really need to be more upfront about this before we get this far. This just became too much for me, and I passed. Dmitri stormed away, crumpling up the paperwork and throwing to the ground. The anti theft protection probably could have been waived. I just didn't trust the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. read more

I don't normally take the time to write reviews too often, however this was needed. I got my first car from Younker after just coming and inquiring about the next day Lakota got me in a car. Wouldn't have been my first choice but it got me where I needed and helped my credit go up so I'm very thankful. Then almost 6 months later got in an accident and my car was deemed a total loss. I went to many other dealerships and kept getting denied. I was on a time limit, so I went back to Younker one morning just hoping if they got me in a car before they can do it again. I worked with Dimitri this time and wanted to see the Kia they had. But when I saw the car, I've always wanted sitting there, I asked to test drive it. They got me approved for with the lowest APR right on my cap limit for payments and to my surprise the bank called the next morning and said that it would be even lower than originally said. I'm so thankful for Younker, Dimitri and Lakota, the Money girl I forget her name but she was dope, the guy with the creepy smile (seriously who smiles that much?). But everyone there, I truly feel like they will do everything that they can to make sure you have what you need and not just trying to make a sale. I bought an overpriced used Kia Forte from Younker Nissan. A few weeks later my car was broken into and the side window smashed, the ignition was ripped up, luckily they did not manage to steal it since it's a stick shift. Younker did nothing to help with that, fortunately I had insurance. Now the heater / AC system in on the fritz, cutting out for days at a time. Once again the warranty I purchased from them does not apply, no help offered, good luck hope it's not too expensive. I've only had this car about six months, if everything was good at the time of purchase how would this system be malfunctioning so soon?
