    If you want to buy a Nissan from this dealership I would ONLY ask for Sarah Wiggins from the Sales Department. She went the extra mile to help better coordinate the delivery of my fleet vehicle. She was polite and charming. She was trustworthy too. Today the Sales Manager stated to my face that I was not a priority to Yonker Nissan bc this "fleet vehicle transaction" was not generating revenue. Why would a company FAIL to consider the future revenue potential of any customer?? Is there a small chance that I might be currently looking for a additional family vehicle? Because I am actually. My daughter needs a NEW car ASAP and we are actively considering different vehicle options. After my treatment by this Sales Manager it will NOT be a Nissan vehicle from Yonker Nissan. If you work for a local car dealership and would appreciate a great Sales person perhaps call and offer Sarah Wiggins at Yonker Nissan a great opportunity.

    Water leaking inside on the drivers side floor. Had to take it to the pro's. Unfortunately the whole dash had to be removed but they found the leak and sealed it. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but our service rep Jessica Pagan was top notch and communicated the issues and progress well. My Dad bought his 66 Datsun Pickup from Younkers back in the day. Things are a bit more modernized today but still the great customer service!!!

    Dirty break fluid from this 5000 miles taken by Rairdon's Nissan of auburn when had it done last service at younker done last 5000 miles from I told them I got it done last service at younker. They checked and confirmed and they told me that they didn't do it cause it shouldn't be this dirty. And younker charged me for it $160. NEVER GOING TO YOUNKER EVER AGAIN been going there since 2018. What else have they lied about ?! Update: They took accountability and redid the service for free. Respect has been gained. Integrity, honesty and Accountability are the driving force of any good business. But not giving five stars cause it shouldn't have happened in the first place

    Welp. I've been a customer here for nearly 20 years now. Service has its ups and downs, but this one is new for me. Every winter I have my all seasons swapped out for winter tires that are already mounted on rims. Below is a pic of my sharpied aluminum rims! Yes, all four had the tire position SHARPIED on them. Service dept is aware. Perhaps they will reach out and make right to a two-decade customer? Would like for Younker to sort this out. Super disappointing.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation, and when I picked it up, the service advisor immediately told me (more than once) that I had over-torqued my lug nuts and that they would need to replace a damaged lug nut--for an extra $100. As a single dad at the time, $100 was not something I could easily absorb. While I was walking back into the building, one of their own service technicians pulled me aside and quietly let me know what really happened: they broke the lug nut off while removing the tire and handed the broken piece to me. When I got to the counter and confronted the advisor, he actually told me the car came in missing that lug nut. I showed him the broken piece right there and called him out on it. He wasn't happy, but they ended up replacing it for free. This was the third time they tried to charge me for a "new lug nut" on my vehicle. I'm glad I got the truth from the tech in the back, but it's clear this isn't a one-off mistake. If you go to this location, double-check your lugs before and after service, take photos, and don't be afraid to ask questions. They eventually made it right, but the initial attempt to blame the customer and charge for their own error left a really bad taste. Just be on your guard.

The sunroof on my Infiniti would not close and that was very frustrating and concerning to me, especially living in an area they get so much rain. I took it in first thing in the morning and a couple hours later they were calling to let me know that they had fixed the problem On another occasion, I was clumsy, attempting to change out my standard headlamp bulbs to some high visibility ones. I quickly hit my mechanical threshold, but not before I rendered one of the lights interoperable. Very tight working conditions. I took it into the shop and they called me an hour later saying that it was done. Other than those occasions, I've had some general work done, including oil changes and 30 and 60,000 mile maintenance packages. I have always found them to be courteous, offer a shuttle vehicle back to work and great communication. I highly recommend Greg's Japanese Auto.
