Erik is absolutely great! I have an old house and I put out a request for quote to fix two bedroom doorknobs, one of which was a vintage, intricate mechanism that had been removed. Erik responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. When he was here I also asked if he could fix an external doorknob lock. Erik saw that the deadbolts had been made unusable (by former tenants) and the doorknob locks in use were not secure. Erik installed new deadbolts on all external facing doors. For a very reasonable cost, we now have secure deadbolts on all of our entry doors and the antique bedroom doorknobs are reinstalled and working great. Erik responded very rapidly via text to my request for a quote, and was able to schedule my non-emergency appointment for within 48 hours. I had an older Schlage keypad lock that I wanted to put to use; it had been sitting in an open box in my garage for years. Erik installed it, and then we discovered that somewhere along the way, the backup key had disappeared. So he cut new keys for me, at a very low price. He also installed three Charley bars on my sliding glass doors, and was done with everything in less than an hour. He was kind and gracious and professional, very patient with navigating the construction-related mess in my house, and understanding about not letting my cats into a particular room.
