We chose the Yoga Garden, and we both attended together. I had never taken a yoga class before, but Patty was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The class was wonderful, I found it very relaxing but perfect for me. Patty was energetic and very deliberate in her movements and I learned a lot. I really enjoyed it and it was a great time to spend with my daughter as well. The room was well equipped, and quiet for the ultimate yoga experience. I would love to take another class there.

She's fantastic!…read more I am not someone who loves to work out, yet ever since I started going to Rei Pilates a few months ago, I find myself coordinating my calendar around how many times I can get there in a week. Something about the tone and vibe of the place (and Rei herself) is energizing. The workout is awesome. I've take pilates at numerous other studios and Rei's classes are the best. Her techniques and moves are fun, efficient, and effective. She switches it up and has you do just enough reps where you feel it working without pushing it to be painful and unpleasant. I've seen more results going to her classes for 6 months than I have in years of going to other studios. And she plays great music which makes the time fly by! The studio itself is clean, modern and bright. She has the new reformers which are sleeker and easier to use than the chunky older ones at other places. (She also stocks the cutest athletic clothes, which are fun to browse after a good workout.) Highly recommend!

I also brought a girlfriend from out of town who's been taking pilates classes for years and she loved this one! Love this place…read more Pilates is a tricky sport as it actually becomes harder as you progress. Those new to fitness will feel the burn after your first class but for more athletic people, it takes a while to find proper alignment and really engage those muscles. You know you found it when your thighs start crying. Everyone who works there has been super nice and all have a good sense of humor. They are very helpful, good at observing detail and nobody's mean if you can't do the pose 100%. The clientele have a sense of camaraderie, rather than competition. Great studio.
