Adam and Jasmine were easy to contact, professional, friendly, and were able to schedule a next day visit to work on our vehicle. Adam and Jasmine were on-time, easy to talk to, and listened to our repair needs. Adam restored electrical functions inside the vehicle, then agreed to install a custom part for us. At the end, everything was function tested while we waited, in front of me. Adam also provided no-nonsense practical advice for our other vehicle, all while talking with me during the visit. So as soon as we got off work we went to the place she bought her battery to get a diagnostic reading which stated "bad charging system". Luckily, we were next door to Tire Discounters so we rushed over to see if they could replace her alternator that night because she lives almost an hour from this area and didn't feel confident she'd make it home. We walk in with a new alternator and ask if they can replace it. One guy said they could replace it but it wouldnt be tonight since it was about 5:15 and they close at 6pm. We understood but felt so defeated. I asked if they thought she'd make it to Scottsboro with a bad alternator and one guy said not likely. the other guy, Jacob, said he would go check her output to see what the reading was to help gauge whether or not she should attempt the long commute. once Jacob got the reading he began looking for her alternator to see how hard it would be to get to. After he assessed everything he said he wanted to go ask the other guy a question real quick so we followed him inside. After Jacob spoke to the other guy, he came to the counter and said he was going to put the new one on and said it will be done around 6pm. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure my friend made it back home that night. He was kind, courteous, and fast. Jacob didn't have to do what he did, especially being as close to closing time as it was, but he took great care of us! GO SEE JACOB!

They painted my 1965 Mercedes Benz 230 SL a lovely dark gray in the mid-1980s. The paint job came out fantastic! I'm sure my husband (at that time) arranged an exceptional price, back when Marcel Corlett was running the shop, so I can't comment on the value. Marcel was so laid back and accommodating, I'll bet Marcel did the paint job at his cost since my ex actually sold gray market imported cars at this location. I spoke with Nancy recently when my husband wrecked his SUV back in April, and she was very knowledgeable, kind, honest and friendly to me on the phone. She explained that all the body shops were having lengthy backlogs because people were opting to repair vehicles instead of purchasing new ones. She recommended 1-2 other body shops for me to contact and use her name as a reference. Do consider Corlett when getting quotes for auto body work.

After ordering a replacement top I called several upolstry shops who quoted me up to $1700 plus an unknown price for replacing broken bracket. When i called Cortletts they quoted me $500 to install the top and 150 to replace bracket and correct headliner to make my rides top look fantastic! The staff was great and when I picked up my ride my once very dimmed headlights were 100% restored to look brand new! If anyone needs to have any restoration done to their car there's no better place to go than Cortlett's!
