The condition of my crawl space is bad, installation in areas ruined, vapor barrier torn in places, burrow holes, feces. Sound Pest Control is taking not any responsibility, washed their hands clean of it. After all the years of paying them to mitigate a rodent problem they failed me. Basically laying traps and refilling them for over 10 years with nothing more. They say no contracts but be warned you should because everything should be in writing. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access.
