After speaking to 3 different companies in the area about upgrading the wire blinds in my condo, I was about to give up. One company was very short with me and didn't follow up; the other two didn't want to go anywhere near the post tension cable. When I reached out to Seth, I tried to set the proper expectations regarding the challenges I've had. He was very optimistic, said he was up for the challenge and came out the next day to assess the situation. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and even provided some design/style tips. I decided to go with the top down/bottom up motorized Hunter Douglas honey comb shades. Seth also chased down my HOA board to get all the appropriate approvals needed to install the blinds in our condo. The very next day I had a reasonable quote and swatches of samples started showing up a few days later. The installation went very well too. The certified Hunter Douglas installation team was able to get the job done in about 3 hours and took the time to show me how to operate them. Seth was of course on site to help make sure everything went smoothly. I could not be happier with my new blinds, and so glad I took his advice and went with the motorized blinds instead of manual - best money ever spent!

When I called to explain my problem to a man named Mark,he acted like he didn't quite grasp what I was talking about. I told him I would meet him in Olympia with the blind as I had a Dr. app. there that week instead of him having to come to my home which was 30 miles away. He was 20 minutes late & I almost missed my appointment. He told me it would be ready the following week & he'd call me. I waited for 2 and 1/2 weeks & finally called him. He said it would be ready the next week & that he would meet me in Olympia again. He called about 10 minutes before we were to meet & said he was in Tacoma & would be about 10 minutes late. Meanwhile...45 minutes later, he shows up. I paid him $75.00 & took the blinds home which were in a box that was sealed. I waited for a week to open it & it had not been fixed! When I called he acted surprised & said he had sent it back to be fixed. I told him i wanted my $ back & he said he was going to call the main office to see what went wrong. When he finally got ahold of me again,he told me that it wasn't fixed cause it was too old! He said he'd have someone come out & they would give me a new shade & I would get my money back. After receiving our quote, we were informed that the carpet we had initially picked out, was on back order, so we had to make another choice. Which wasn't a huge deal. They have a nice variety. The day of the installation, the first thing I noticed when I arrived home, was that the installers were in my home without protective face coverings. This was a huge deal to me because my daughter and myself both have high risk health conditions. Protective face coverings are required during this pandemic. I was told they would be worn. This was completely disregarded. Secondly, one of the installers proceeded to go on a rant in our driveway to the other installer about how bad it is to work for this company, insert multiple 'f' bombs. After they tried to reenter my home, without masks, and were asked to leave, I made a call to the office. I spoke with Justin who was polite enough and said he would "have a talk with them". I was also informed that these installers are subcontractors and NOT employees of Tupper Floor Covering! Last, but certainly not least, after all was settled and I decided to inspect the carpet, I found that the carpet that was installed was NOT the color I had chose!! If you need flooring, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere, anywhere else.
