They asked me lots of questions about his habits, diet, etc. Some kids are just prone to tooth decay whether they are breastfed, bottle-fed or both. I never felt like we were being judged. This same child has had to be put under for fillings and crowns, sedated for repairs to his crowns due to falls and has been sedated for fillings. A few times the office has even absorbed some of the costs because our child has so many issues with his teeth. Dr G and his staff have always been great with my kids. Making them feel comfortable and welcome. Being a pediatric dentist is a tough job and we love going to this office.

They swear up and down that this was the original find upon doing X-rays but I can assure you, these numbers were incorrect, as I vividly remember especially when it comes down to my toddler having surgery. Those are things you don't forget. I should've gotten a 2nd opinion and I feel guilty for not doing so and allowing this company to do whatever. They are trying to play on my intelligence which is super frustrating because I notate everything and am 100% that this is what was discussed. It kinda seems they might be doing a cash grab from insurance since this is a MEDICAID office. Pushing extra things that a 2nd opinion probably would have dismissed. If you come here and get a checkup, make sure to ask for a print out and/or breakdown of what services are needed + mandatory for your own files.

The dental staff is very caring and knowledgeable to the parents before and after each procedure. The office staff is always friendly and in some cases gone the extra mile for our family. We appreciate that!! In the medical/dental field, that isn't always the case, but in this office it seems to be the norm. The accounting/billing has consistently been patient with our needs and process as we have separate parents paying. They have always been empathetic and that is always appreciated in a situation like ours. We will continue to come here for as long as needed.
