It eliminated the wires that had been draped along the floor and gave everything a clean, professional look. It made a huge difference in both appearance and functionality. I also had them refresh the ceramic coating, and the car honestly looks like the day I bought it. The finish is deep, glossy, and flawless. Customer service was top notch. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated clearly. When I ran into an issue with a rear outlet, they didn't brush it off. They took ownership of getting the issue fixed and helped me navigate getting it fixed through a Tesla Service Center. That kind of support after the work is done really stands out.
