They kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated clearly. When I ran into an issue with a rear outlet, they didn't brush it off. They took ownership of getting the issue fixed and helped me navigate getting it fixed through a Tesla Service Center. That kind of support after the work is done really stands out.
