The radio immediately was a problem due to a warning screen that would not auto-close. The radio required a firmware update right out of the box. I had to come back to Revolution for the required update which they did not properly install, allowing the problem to persist as soon as I drove away. Over the weekend, I contacted Jensen myself, downloaded the firmware update to a flash drive myself and installed the firmware update myself. The radio malfunction should have been caught after install and service after the sale could have been better.

Offered a potential rebate to my card/ or a new one shipped out with a return label, as why should I have to wait even longer for their messup (tried to blame UPS when the damaged part of the bumper was in a section of the box that was 100% perfect) I was then belittled, harassed, and stalked on facebook by Josh Smith. Who told me he has my address as if he was gonna travel to it, as well as saying I was extorting them/ taking money from his and his coworkers family and kids cause I said I'd keep the bumper for a refund of some of the money, he then proceeded to tried to take jabs at my financial status due to shoes I had on in a photo from 2014, and then told me I was not a decent human.
