They could not fix and needed to replace the tire, fine. I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new Pirelli tire, identical to what I had. when I went home I noticed a weird rattling sound underneath my car near the tire that was replaced. when me and my husband got out to look at the tire, not only it was my rim scratched up, the tire looked used and the rattling sound again. The next day we went back to Belle tire and the tech there went under my car and said that two screws were missing from my heat plate and that was causing the rattling noise, (he took pics and showed my husband) he didn't address the tire/rim because it was a Friday and he asked me to bring it back Monday morning. Monday, Antonio, the assistant manager came out to look at the tire and he said to leave the car there (9:30 am) and he would have his advanced tech look at the car/tire. After no updates or calls, we went back to the shop (4:30) only for him to tell me that they didn't find anything wrong with the tire and they weren't aware of any noise, and that his previous tech was wrong. I'm not convinced they even looked at the car again. He totally dismissed everything! At that point I realized the caliber of people at this location, dishonesty and greed. When I dropped my car off, the guy working the front counter was extremely nice and explained exactly what would happen. They made sure the leak wasn't too bad while checking everything else about my car. It seems as though they added oil as well! When I picked it up, there was a different guy working who was just as nice and explained what they did. The whole thing cost me only $50, which was at least half of what I expected to spend today.
