Got referred to this shop to replace the master and power booster on 65 Chevy C10. The person I…read morewas referred wasn't around, I think it may have been Shawn but I'm not sure. So they send out this kid instead that looks to be about 20 years old. His name was Dusty. So I introduced Dusty to my truck and explained to him what I wanted in detail. He proceeds to upsale me and tells me I need a double diaphragm booster. He tells me it's good stuff and about $750. I said that's not what I want, but he wasn't listening. Working on classic vehicles can run up the bill if you don't keep control of what the shop is allowed to do on thier own. I asked for a ball park estimate within 10 % or so for parts and labor. He tells me that we'd reserve 10 hours @ $150 an hour. And if it takes less they would charge accordingly. Plus $750 for double diaphragm brake booster/ reservoir. Ok the power booster/reservoir I want is about $300. And three hours labor tops is $150. $450 is pretty much on target. But here's Dusty telling me like $2250. I asked for a detailed estimate to sent to me by email or text. This was three weeks ago. Never came and i don't chase people to do thier job. Major major upsale here. Be careful with this shop.

So I turned to Yelp and started asking around. That's how I ended up at Nlabs. Right off the bat, Nik was really freaking nice and had me come in asap to get a look at my car and to let me look at all the colors and brands he had available. I went in with a certain color in mind so I looked through ALL of his samples. Multiple times. Gotta give Nik major props for being so kind and patient with me through that in itself lol. He was very honest. He told me the brands he stands by and gave me all the information needed. He was never pushy. I never felt forced or pressured to give him my business. I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle. And you know what, maybe it was, but either way it had to get done. Not long after, I ended up reaching out to Nik again. I cannot stress how freaking kind and accommodating this guy is! That's mainly why I ended up going with him. And because he seems to have a true passion for what he does. And because he was very informative about every thing. And because he seemed as excited to wrap my baby as I was lol. The car turned out AMAZING! I got a color completely different from what I had in mind but my gosh it's beautiful. I've already gotten several compliments out and about. Nik kept me in the loop the whole time he had my car. Even after delivery, I'm still in contact with him. I've taken the car once so he could wash it for the first time and look for anything he felt needed to be gone over again. He told me to contact him again if I need to take the car in to fix any bubbles or anything that might arise the longer the wrap sits. The last wrap place never did this. I cannot stress enough what an amazing choice it was to take my car here with Nik and his team. If you're looking to get your vehicle wrapped or rewrapped or just removal please go see Nik. You will not regret it. Excellent customer service!!! 11/10 would recommend

The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. If you're looking for quality tint or auto glass work, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.

I just have to say WOW!! Wait until you see and feel the difference!…read more I bought my place a few years back and every year when it starts getting hot I dread it. My kids and I will run the air rarely, only on the hottest of days/nights or mostly sleep downstairs half naked when we want to have a lower utility bill or save the planet. I was talking to my friend who owns a large commercial building about saving money, going solar, etc. He told me he was tinting thousands of square feet of his windows because of the energy savings and short time frame for a significant return on his investment. He referred me to R|C who is now helping homeowners and residential customers achieve similar savings! R|C returned my call promptly and basically answered all of my questions as well as gave me an easy to understand tutorial about window films. I didn't know the type of film and the type of glass need to be considered for not only the highest energy savings but also for safety reasons. Too many people consider the darkness of the tint but not the properties of the tint. If you put the wrong type of tint on the windows the heat can't dissipate properly and the window can crack. Some tints are more reflective than others and some tints are clear but reject more heat so it won't alter one's beautiful view! The installer came out to my house and was very punctual. He had all of the tools and didn't require anything of me to get started. Sometimes people want to use the bathroom, get a drink of water, plug in their equipment using your extension cords, etc. R|C was self contained, locked, cocked and ready to rock! This dude looked like Picasso/Bruce Lee/80's break dancer as he bobbed and weaved, washing and scrubbing the glass! After getting it ready he applied the tint with painstaking detail given the large arch window he was working on. All in all I probably had 11 windows tinted that face the sun. It probably took him @ 3 hours to do them all. My french doors were a bit of a bear but he was good natured through it all. I'm. A big fan of being meticulous and so is R|C. As he said, "you look out of your windows everyday. If I use the wrong film or apply it incorrectly you'll see it and then your talk about it so it behooves me to do it right the first time." Wise words my friend. At the end of the day my house feels 10-15 degrees cooler! My electricity bill is lower and I have a little more privacy given the level of exterior reflectivity. Look at me sounding like a pro! Thanks R|C for a job well done. I'll show and tell everyone! If you are considering ways to cool down your house call R|C Window Films and have them tint your windows. Start with all of the windows facing the sun first if you need to break it up in to phases. It is relatively inexpensive and when it is done right the first time you'll thank me!

The bay at his shop was waiting for my jeep when I arrived. Him and his partner immediately started working on it and he kept me up to date with photos. He even stayed longer at his shop so I could pick the jeep back up after hours. The quality of work looks impeccable, the work required to paint and could not find any over spray, welds looked strong and clean. I appreciate Dez and his team for quality work, great pricing, and making the customer feel valued. Ill be continuing to come back to Nexgen and already have been referring his.
