I tried so hard to clearly communicate my needs to this company but, when moving day came, the two men who showed up just wanted to do the bare minimum and actually charged me a fee for staying until 4:30, even though I had already asked Sound to charge me for the whole day. I am very frustrated with moving companies these days because it just seems like the movers get angry and inpatient even when you pay them a fair price. They were on time. We had to wait for access to my storage area, they were patient. We warned them that we live in a heavily wooded area, off a country roads, with tight turns into the driveway and, with smiles, they were game. They drove a HUGE (30ft, 36ft?) truck right to the doors. They were careful, fast, and nice. Those are benefits you usually don't get when you're moving, The fees were reasonable and they were appreciative when I tipped. I can't recommend them highly enough. Call them. trust them, tip well. These guys are awesome.

They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle. So stress free- will continue to use stor house even though I don't live very close to them!
