Came in here with my dad looking to replace his factory stereo. The guy there talked us into what we thought was a good deal only for us to find out that he was selling us the display model and over pricing the stereo when the same unit costs $100 less BRAND NEW on Amazon. We got our money back before they could install the stereo. My advice is to stay away from this shady place I wonder how many people this place has scammed. They gladly fixed my TV, connected to make sure everything was working properly and did not charge me. So I replaced my stock radio and speakers BEFORE coming here. After Brian told me what he would have charged me for the same components and labor I felt a little "remorseful." All that was missing was a subwoofer. Here's the KICKER, Brian made me an offer I could not refuse due to the fact that he matched the best online prices that are out there. This is not really a full service car stereo store. The installer(s) have no technical knowledge, the salesmen are unable to sell high end equipment because they have never heard a good sounding system and the store stocks low to mid grade product. If you need a basic radio and speakers, then this is a good place to start. If you are looking for a good sounding system, then there are many good stores that are concerned about how the end result sounds, like All Pro Audio or AMS Car stereo in Santa Clara. read more

went to few places and they wanted way too much for off brand components. remembered I bought an amp from Sound Systems 15yrs ago. system installed hiphonics, alpine, kicker, pioneer components. installers are very meticulous(not one missing or broken tab). kept area clean while installing. swept up after reassembling each side to make sure everything went back into place. My alarm went bad so I went down the street near my house to Sound System. I wanted to get the same exact alarm with the Pager remote so Brian recommended me the Viper Alarm System. On top of installing my alarm, he also checked my power locks and told me which one needs to be replaced. I didn't have enough money to get all that done but he worked out a deal with me. Get the alarm first and the power locks later. I will definitely be going back to get the rest of the work done on my car in terms of electronics. I recommend this place because the owner in the shop will work with you if you can't get all the work done in one day. They also have a lifetime warranty for labor and they've been around for 22 years. You figured that they been around that long they are definitely doing something right. read more

A couple years ago I went here looking to upgrade my stock acura 6x9s. At first I decided to go with the Infinity Reference Speakers because they were within my budget at the time. The sales guys told me if you dont like it, just bring it back next day for an exchange. Wow this was a cool policy. So after the install, I drove around listen to the speakers and decided I didn't like how it sounds with my current setup. I went back the next day, choose some polks 6x9 and right before the sales guy rang me up, I told him hey I was in here yesterday and the guy said I could come back if I didn't like the speakers to exchange and I wanted to exchange for these since they were same price. The sales guy who also was the manager was a bit shocked about this policy I just told him. He asked me who was the guy that sold you this? I told him the salesperson and he told me "oh he's new, he doesn't know our policies." I was like what do you mean? He told me that I could exchange it if I didn't like it. So the manager was taking to his manager, then walks in the sales guy that sold me the speaker the day before and I pointed him out to the manager Hey he sold me the speakers. Manager spoke to the sales guy, and finally came back to me and said he'll exchange the speakers but he'll have to take a few dollars off since its been install/mounted already. I was a bit disappointed but whatever I was here for about a good 1.5 hours already so I gave in and was not going to waste anymore time here. So they swapped the infinities out and install the Polks and off i went. Positives: They have a decent sized inventory, a manager that was accommodating to my situation, and quick installation. Cons: Need to train staff on store policies in order to communicate this with customers better. Had I knew of this policy I would have taken much more longer in deciding the right speaker for my car. read more

Radio went out so it had to be replaced. This place is close to my house and I know people who have had work done here before, so I gave them a shot. They recommend a new Pioneer Radio (Bluetooth, iPod hook up, CD player, etc.) I didn't know much about it so I looked it up on line (there in the shop, on my phone) and saw that it was highly recommended and had great reviews. They gave me an 'out the door price' for a new in box stereo and I felt it was a fair price considering the work that needed to be done; remove the old stereo and install the new one including a microphone (for the phone) and sense I can't do any of this myself I had little choice. I waited. They did a good job and I'm happy with how it all turned out. The only thing that I'm bummed about and I wish they would have mentioned (but I didn't ask) is that I can no longer control my stereo with the controls on my steering wheel - that makes me very sad and a little disappointed, however, unless you go and have a dealership stereo installed I guess that can't happen...boo. read more

One stop shop for any sound systems! Walked in about a week ago with my pops to get an idea of how much subs would be for my 2014 Corolla. Immediately, we noticed the nice and professional shop with all of the subs and other sound system items stacked along the walls with clear displays. We were greeted by Brian, who clearly explained what we needed for the price we desired. He even got one of the technicians to put my soon-to-be subs/amp inside my trunk to ensure it fit. My pops was pleased and told me that was the spot we'd get it from, because he too got his subs like 15 years ago from the same people. I called the shop about a week later and spoke with Brian, who remembered me, and told me to be there within an hour. Got there and they were finishing upon another car. I walked in and Brian got the paperwork ready and clearly explained the prices, which were really reasonable. I paid and Brian led me to their waiting room, which had comfy couches and a flat screen. As my car pulled into the garage, the technician introduced himself as Cesar. Super chill dude who knew his way around the car. He was very professional and within an hour, I had the dopest subs/amp for $400. Very pleased with everyone's work and will definitely come back again! read more

I just went to the top of this page after writing this review. I would like to say that this is by far the longest review I have ever done. You would do yourself a favor if you have these guys do your stereo systems. These guys are the best. I don't say it lightly. Their pricing is the best. That does not mean that the quality or the materials they use is cheap. They go out of their way to do a quality job. You don't have to be after them asking them to do details. They themselves are looking for details you would not even think of. Yesterday they installed two nex 8100 pioneer brand double din Apple CarPlay stereos. This is the best of the best stereo out there. I did my research online. I was hesitant to use anybody local to purchase stereo from because there are so many good deals online. I was eating at a restaurant close by when I saw their sign. I just went in just for kicks to check out their pricing. If I would've bought something online there would've been a lot of details I would have missed. They know their stuff. First I did my trucks audio system. They installed stereo. They installed headrest screens for the DVD. These work separately from Main DVD player in front stereo deck that they installed. I Felt a little guilty about splurging but they gave me such a good deal. He even included a couple of things like connecting stereo with steering wheel Control buttons. He also gave me two wireless alpine headphones. And he installed the reverse license plate camera. Now I can see what is going on behind me when I am Reversing. I can even hitch my trailer and not have to get off my truck. This part that I just finished is half of the story. My wife came in and I had them install the same exact stereo in her Toyota Camry hybrid. The stock stereo CD player had given up and had three CDs that were favorites of my wife, Stuck in stereo and we could not get them out. They installed my wife stereo and it looks like it has always been there. My wife feels overwhelmed with how muchTechnology this thing has. The guys explain to my wife how system works. That in itself is no small feat. My wife takes a while to understand those type of things. They were really patient explaining everything. I was not there when they did installation. My wife said they treated her like a queen. She was really impressed that they took the time at no extra charge to take her three favorite CDs out of that old stereo coffin. I could say so much more about their service. These guys do wonderful work. I am extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use their service again or refer them. read more

They would not let you return any items back. No refund is being allowed by the owner in any way. Only store credit. He has tricked me and so I can not return anymore the karaoke player that I bought which cost like $300. This place was awful. i recently purchased a car and was looking to get an alarm upgrade. it turned into a nightmare. the installation took 2 days and it was done so bad i had them remove it. the installer didnt know what he was doing and now my sunroof doesnt open and close properly. when i took it to get this problem corrected they apperantly had cut some wires they shouldnt have cut and simply tied them back together. How "ghetto" is that? DONT EVER COME HERE!!!! YOU WILL PAY OUT THE NOSE LATER. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS AND SHOULD NOT TOUCH A HIGH END CARS. read more
