These guys are fantastic! I never write reviews like this but the service they provided to me was so great that this time I have to do it. I bought an Alpine headset and four speakers from them to install myself. The salesman listened to my needs, and pointed me to a mid-priced headset. I asked about other fancier headsets and he said they are more expensive but have features that I don't need. So I bought the cheaper one he recommended and it is perfect for me. He gave me a price to include everything I needed to do my own installation and later I checked again on the web but found that I really could not beat their price. If that had been the end of it I would have been happy. But I had to go back several times for things I had forgotten (including speaker grills and a remote) and for tech help. The tech help was great, they did everything right away, with a smile, and made it all work properly. They did not charge a cent more than the original invoice for either labor or the extra parts...incredible! The best part was that each time I went there I felt that their goal was to make me a happy customer. This is my third trip back. So far so good. Close to my home and getting system ready for my truck.

So I came here with two cars one was mine & I wanted to get a deck + the boyfriends car who wanted a car alarm. We come in & there kinda busy.. So we go to look @ the decks in the back.. & here comes "the SHARK" sales man wearing a hat + he had his hoodie on, talking to us... less than 5 mins later we are paying for a deck & alarm. Which now that the boyfriend & I think about it we feel as if we got robed, it all happen so fast... All together it was $300. I guess it was a good deal but after everything we went though.. hell no! The wait was pretty long & they had a lot of cars that they were working on but that wasn't a big problem! As soon as the cars were done... We start driving off & my boyfriend calls saying he can't turn on his head lights... So we end up coming right back...& as there working on fixing the problem, a car comes driving up with the same problem! They fix both my boyfriends & the other guys with the same problem, everything seemed good & we went home but now looking back, I wish before I left that day I would of went through everything with my car & make sure everything is in working order but I didn't. We left in the rain & it was still kinda light out, I never noticed that my lights on my dash were not working... Yes, my headlights worked but not the lights inside! I didn't find this out till I was leaving that night around 10pm to pick up friends to go to a party! I was mad as hell driving on the freeway, having my friend hold her cell phone up to the dash, just so I can see my speed! What made me way more mad was the fact that this means 3 cars that they worked on that day they messed up on, but I went on with my night told myself I will take my car in the next day to let them know my dash lights do not work... Easy fix! I called the next day to let them know + once it was daylight I could see the bottom of the dash was put back wrong on the passenger side. The sales men tells me to bring it in. I was calm with all of it! They fixed it & I left once again! From leaving the place I hopped on 680 and headed to Tracy an hour out to pick up my son from family & while on the freeway I could smell a burning plastic... & I learned that I can no longer dim my dash lights like I once could before I took it in to this place!! Once at home I find out where the smell is coming from & its my dash light dimmer switch. Now I'm thinking great I have to go in once again!! On the 3rd day I had to leave for school @ around 7am, it's cold as hell in the morning & I go to school Monday-Friday + its winter, I always have had to use my back window defroster, so I can see but guess what? That button no longer works :-) so now on the 3rd day, I have burning smell from the dimmer switch & the defroster button no longer works! I call in once again, ask to speck with the manger but its the shark sales men and he asks why, I start by telling him everything & he knows which car it is, he tells me to bring it in again. I go in right after school,still very calm about everything I just wanted it all back to working order! The sales men comes out to look at it and asks his guy to come as well to try and test it and see whats going on. So I'm waiting, the sales man waves me over and starts by saying since the dimmer switch is on the other side of the dash & not by the CD deck that it wasn't them! The defroster button however was right next to the CD player & they get it back working! He goes on to say that buttons and parts on cars go out everyday & that's what had happen with the dimmer. So this is it my breaking point, I have never had anyone work on the inside of my car this was the 1st time, my cars a 2005 KIA. Why now right after I take to them buttons don't work? Why yes it was them!! Now I'm not that great to be around!! I say a few words & start crying because I'm stressed that its on me to get my car fixed. I didn't have much money, paying for deck took most of it! Now the shark in the sales man comes out talking about how the part he could get for real cheap through his dealers but I let him know I don't have any $$$ now & it went to getting my deck! While this is all going on the guy working on my car calls over the sales man, I don't know what was said & I don't really care but the sales man comes over saying how he will get the part, not to worry about the money, he will order the part in & I will have it in 2 days! Now take what happen to me as a lesson please don't trust them!! There out for money & the people working on the cars don't know what there doing!! THAT'S JUST WAY TO MANY PROBLEMS TO BE HAD AFTER LETTING THEM TOUCH MY CAR!! Yes, everything is fixed and in working order now but that's after going there 3 days in a row & dealing with the drama!! For sure won't EVER be coming here for anything & have no plans to ever even step inside this build again!! THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!! read more
