Absolutely great cider house experience! We came in on a weekday night and it was pretty quiet. My hats off to Zack, who was taking care of us that night. He did an awesome job. Not only were his customer service skills great, but his knowledge of the ciders (and The Office trivia) were on point! We tried a couple of the large flights. I'm glad we split them be use the pours were healthy. We got some snacks and played trivia games. The ciders are AMAZING! Cherry Bomb and Ol' Cran-ky Bastard were my favorites. Super casual and tucked-away place located in the back of the shopping center. Person behind the counter (might have been the owner) was friendly! There was a unique selection of ciders to choose from that I haven't seen anywhere else. I got the chai cider which was pleasantly different than what I was used to. The taproom where you order drinks is 21+ only, while the attached, larger room with a stage for live entertainment and plenty of seating was advertised as family friendly. There's also a shelf with a bunch of cards and board games to play around the corner towards the restroom. I can see this place being a great hangout spot if you live in the area. read more

We were exploring Everett and decided to stop in for ciders at Soundbite Cider. It's a bit hidden from the main path, behind Blazing Crawfish and Cup & Crepe. We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (3:45pm) and were the only customers. The inside has a large sitting area (with a small stage) and a shelf of board games in the back. Music playing was very peculiar. 10 cider flavours on tap. You're able to sample a few before deciding. If you opt for a flight, grab a sheet and write down what ciders you want. - Flight ($13.00 USD for 5) - ch ch ch ch cherry bomb, la paloma, blue sunshine, kiss my pineapple and POG save the queen. Our favourites were the cherry bomb (touch of a peppery note) and la paloma (nice balance of grapefruit and lime). Blue sunshine was more tangerine and cranberry than blueberry. Pineapple wasn't too sweet. POG was more guava forward. Decent ciders at Soundbite. 3.5 stars. read more

I often stop off here after a visit to the brewery in the same parking lot. Its nice to have the ability to park once and go to two places. This place is often less crowded and can be better for a conversation. It's separated into two sections, one that offers some bar seating and another that is bigger and sometimes has live music. I enjoy that this place is 21 and over, it's still pet friendly if that is important to you. The cider here is always interesting. They always have something I am dying to try, on my most recent visit this was the Pickleback. I know a lot of people that are fans of the Cherry Bomb and the La Paloma. I personally enjoy sampling the vegetarian friendly Glazed Ham cider every holiday season and usually wish they offered full pours. If you have trouble deciding flights are the way to go. read more

My bestie, daughter and I stopped into Soundbite for a sip before heading to the movies. Soundbite is located in the back of the business complex. Free parking can be found. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Soundbite has plenty of seating for large groups. There's a stage for live entertainment. Soundbite is 21+ only. Soundbite is dog friendly. Orders are placed at the counter. Food is not offered; however, outside food is allowed in. Crowler and growlers are available for purchase to take home. It would be nice if smaller cans were also offered so that one could mix & match. Similar to what Middleton Brewery offers. The cider list is fun. The cider prices are expensive compared to craft beer. I ordered a Sock Hop Hazy Pineapple (8oz) for $5, my bestie ordered a Gin And Juice (8oz) for $5 and my daughter ordered a Cranberry Twist (8oz) for $7. Service was friendly. Overall, I'm not a cider fan so I do not foresee returning. My daughter and her friends are cider fans so Soundbite will be a regular jaunt for her and her crew. read more

I had never been here before so I decided to order a flight (6 small glasses), choosing from the available ciders on the menu board. The server behind the counter was friendly and helped me choose by steering me away from a spicy one when I told her I was a heat wimp. I joined a table with my friends and since we were able to bring in our own food, we had a feast along with our delicious beverages. The place was probably as full as it gets and we could still hear each other. It's dog-friendly and, even though I'm not a dog person, I didn't mind that others were happy to have pets in the space. I've been to Soundbite a few times and to be quite honest, it's just a bar that serves mainly cider. It's a nice place to bring a date, and once in a while they have live entertainment, and also once I've been there when they were having a barbecue. To the stars of the show now, the ciders. If you haven't been to a cider bar (and I never did until Soundbite), then this is a perfect place to go. Their selection of ciders is pretty good and they even have some quirky types which you can't find anywhere else. I usually go for the flight and like to try everything. Lately I've been on a diet so I do try to go for the lighter ones but end up drinking 3-4 glasses anyways so not sure if it really helps my weight loss goals or not. This was a great stop and I always like landing at an occasional cidery as it's a nice change from all of the craft beer brewery visits Steve and I do within a given year! First of all I love the concept here! Lots of love to music which I love to see! I love my music, movies, books, my eats and my drinks! T shirts are great too as the logo plays off a sound bite chart. Steve and I both got some of that kind of swag! But onto what they are here for, the cider! It's so very good! We had a few different samples of different ciders but in the end I got the Pink Grapefruit Martini cider. That was so good! They did an excellent job with balancing the flavor and blending in the sweetness and the bitterness to make it seamless! Lots of great other cider options too and I can see Soundbite being an essential stop every time I'm paying a visit to Everett! Amazing cider joint! Mostly dry ciders, all (almost) equally delicious! The staff is super friendly and awesome! They gave us some soundbite stickers! We first got a flight of 6 and 2 pints for a total of $26 bucks! Super great deal! Our favorites were the Strawberry Mojito Forever 6% abv and the Tutti Fruitti 5.9 abv - super phenomenal taste treats! The vibes are chill and cozy. Their game selection is superb! Terrible experience here. The woman working said we had to put our masks on when we walked in...fair enough. We proceeded to sit down at the bar and she said we needed proof of vaccination to be seated there. I said "aren't we in Snohomish county?" And she said it is a requirement of the WA liquor control board. A one hundred percent false statement. We own a brewery in Snohomish county with a bar, so we know this is untrue. I personally am vaccinated, but was very irritated by this false claim. As far as the ciders go, I LOVE the cherry pie cider which they no longer have. Every cider we tasted today was awful. Hard to palate. I'm a huge cider fan and like many different kinds. I'm not sure if they watered them down because of our questioning their Covid regulations, or if they're really just that bad! We were heading to Crucible Brewery with our dog when we saw a sign for Soundbite Cider. We followed the arrow to a small place tucked away toward the back of the parking lot. We were surprised how busy it was given its off the beaten path location. We opted for the flight of five samples for $12, which was perfect. They also offer a flight of all nine ciders for $22, and they also throw in another sample of your favorite for free. Of the five ciders we tried we really enjoyed three of them. The other two were fine but I wouldn't order them again. Overall a great place for cider lovers. We'll be back! read more

Soundbite Cider is a wonderful place to get a flight of their ciders or other local ciders. My husband and I got a flight of 5 ciders, four of the ciders were mady by Soundbite and all four of them were great tasting, dryer, and creative. The chocolate cherry bomb was the best cider, spicy with a nice chocolate flavor, not overpowering. Their black currant cider was the most unique flavor. Great conversation, nice local joint. I can feel the excitement and passion from the owners who love what they are doing. Their love of their work is evident in the taste of their ciders. Unique, creative, and delicious! read more

This is a nice, comfortable little pub that serves the cider they make. You can buy a variety of sizes, which is nice because I'm not a huge drinker. They don't serve food, but they are ok with you bringing in your own food. I've been here several times for knit night, and they seem to host other events and groups quite frequently. I'm not a huge cider expert, but I do like that they have some different choices each time I stop in. They are around the back of a strip mall area that also includes Crucible Brewery and Basil Vietnamese restaurant. Their cider with the banh mi from Basil is a tasty combination. read more

My business networking group hosted an event here in their new event space. The owner is very easy to work with and communicates well. This was the perfect event space, we had 15 people but it could have held a lot more. The ciders are all delicious and they were more than willing to give us samples before choosing what we wanted. So disappointed. We have had sound bite cider at a few breweries and found it to be good, so we decided to check it out. As we were walking in the bartender and "security" rudely yelled multiple times that it was a 21 and up place, because my husband was standing in the doorway with our daughter. Now we completely understand that not all places allow children and that is their right, however the issue was with the excessive and over the top aggressive attitude. The "security" put his arms out to block the door and looked like he was going to tackle my husband and kid. He treated my husband like he was a belligerent drunk they were trying to keep out. We get it sir, it's not that serious. Congrats sound bite you successfully kicked out a baby who hadn't step foot inside. Extremely rude and unprofessional both employees were. Had they politely explained this was a 21 and up place there wouldn't be a need for this review, but since they wanted to treat us in such a manner this review is necessary.
