They were the most flexible, had the best food menu, and the friendliest staff. We've been there for almost 6 months, and couldn't have been happier. All the teachers and administrators know my kid's name, and make us feel like family. He's excited to go there every morning and is genuinely attached to his teachers. They even taught him sign language! The only personnel turn over I've seen there was due to people getting promoted or moving out of state. The facility itself is beautiful. It's large and clean, with glass doors so the littles can see other rooms, which helps them transition. The outside has very clean astroturf with lots of room to roam twice a day. There's even a gym for when the weather is bad. Is it the cheapest in the area? Absolutely not. But I believe it's the best value for the money.

If I could, I would give this All Starz in Morrisville zero stars. This was our experience at All…read moreStarz from January 2021 - May 2021. 1. My daughter has a sensitivity to bananas so we wrote bananas as an allergen in her medical report. She develops a rash on the side of her mouth every time she eats bananas and it takes days to get rid of even with the special ointment we use. At first, they were good about not giving bananas, but after a couple weeks of being there, they started to give her bananas. Every time they had bananas on the menu, she would come home with a new rash on her face as well as the report stating that she ate "all her bananas." I watched breakfast time on the watchmegrow app one day to see if they were actually giving her bananas and they were in fact giving her bananas on the days that they were serving them. I confronted one of the teachers about this and she lied to my face and said that they have not been giving her bananas. The next week, she wasn't given bananas but after that, she was given bananas again for weeks/months. I understand people make mistakes and we're all human so I gave them weeks of chances to stop giving bananas, but every morning they served bananas, I saw them serve it to her and she would come home with the report stating that she ate all her bananas. This negligence happened every week from February 2021 to May 2021 up until the day I pulled her out. 2. Teachers are unprofessional. At least once a week, I would walk in on the teachers talking badly about management or each other. It definitely made me uneasy, but I let it go because I understand people need to vent sometimes. The teacher in Freshman A was extremely aggressive with my daughter. I noticed it from the beginning but I just thought she was just having a bad day and then it turned into weeks and then it turned into months. She would slam my daughter in to the chair and into the table for meals and craft times, and for naptimes, she would throw my daughter on to the cot and throw the blanket on her. She would also yank her lovey and blanket out of her hands after nap time. So many times, I saw her yank my daughters hand and drag her across the room. I knew this wasn't normal when she moved to Freshman B because none of the other teachers treated her so aggressively. I wanted to keep our daughter at the daycare because the facility itself is nice and management was professional (or so I thought), so I hung on to the hope that it will get better in Freshman B, but Freshman B was even more of a nightmare. 3. This daycare made me so uneasy because I watched my daughter get hit in the face at least 10-15 times a day by other kids, and a good amount of the times, the teachers just watched and didn't do anything. When she was in the freshman A class, she came home several days in a row with nicks on her face and I talked to the teacher about it because I saw a boy was swiping at her face and pulling her hair for 45 minutes while she was strapped in her seat prior to lunch. The other teacher was working on her own crafts while the kids were waiting for lunch and didn't notice he was hurting her the entire time even though I can tell she was yelling in the video. It was seriously so heartbreaking to see because the teachers are there to take care of and protect the kids but they're busy doing their own things. We received several calls regarding our daughter biting her friends, but I totally understood why she was biting; that was the only way she can protect herself when the teachers weren't protecting her. Never once did I get a ouch report for my daughter's scratches or nicks; that's how much they didn't care about her. I can't share everything on this review, so please see the attached pictures for the full review.

Honestly, if I didn't see the video of said child abuse I wouldn't have believed it. That teacher/floater was in most rooms including both of my kids' rooms. That teacher babysat a lot of families (even though that's not allowed) and even attended kid's birthday parties. Our kids' safe place was no longer safe. Downhill quality since we started in 2021. Leadership changed to an inexperienced under qualified people. Teacher turnover was insane which unfortunately is common in this industry and probably area. Leadership talked badly about parents to teachers. Leadership made teachers come in even if they were sick with the flu or other contagious illness. Not only was my kids' safety and health compromised but the curriculum was lacking. It was subpar babysitting. The last days I'd walk into one of my kid's room and it felt like a cartoon with paper airplanes flying across the room and kids not listening. One of my kids was bit multiple times in the 3 year old room and even 4 year old room. Discipline was lacking from teachers (and parents) Not sure how the franchise backs this location with pretty serious issues.

The director emailed me to say my children can't return due to our religious vaccination exemption, didn't bother to call or wait for me to pick up my sons to relay this message. I don't recall receiving this information prior to enrollment. The current director Erin is by fair the worst which trickles down to the employees. No empathy, fake professional & you can tell all the teachers are burnt out & underpaid from working there. Teachers yelling at kids, isolating children & antagonizing them due to their lack of training. I worked in childcare 10+ years before having children. My family owned daycares I know how things are supposed to run & operate. There is NO LOVE HERE. Just a brand & people looking for a stream of income. Invest your money for your family somewhere better. The owner should get a new director, it seems the center has had issues since fatmomma been there.

The center is bright, open, and welcoming with a happy, cheerful atmosphere that's comforting to both kids and parents. We've absolutely loved the teachers - it's been great to see the true care, concern, and commitment they have for our kids. We love that staff turnover is low and the personal relationships the management and teachers develop with kids and parents allows for easy and quick communication. Our kids have really enjoyed Wednesday Spanish classes, the special activities like puppet shows, dance classes, musicians, and science experiments. In the summers, our kids have enjoyed playing on their splash pad on Fridays and watching veggies grow in the raised bed garden in the back. We love that Kiddie Academy of West Cary has received national recognition from the Kiddie Academy franchise - even with more than 200 locations across the country, this branch's director and teachers have won national awards. We'll really miss everyone at the center once our youngest leaves next month.

My son started in the infant classroom about 4 years ago and we now have all 3 of our children enrolled on a full-time basis. We are pretty particular about things (I can totally picture the staff chuckling as they read this! :), so having all of our kids enrolled here is saying A LOT! We definitely had many options when it came to childcare, but by far, this was the best choice for our family. Each day, as we walk through the doors, we are always warmly greeted with smiles and by our first names. The level of transparency and communication has always made us feel at ease and the best part is receiving all the pictures/videos of our kids' smiley faces while they are having a dance party, playing with instruments during music, learning new words and songs in Spanish, playing soccer or just having a blast with their best buds. We also enjoy being able to check-in on the camera feed when we are missing them during our busy work day. The teachers are beyond amazing... fun, creative, loving, the list goes on... and they won't ever hesitate to go the extra mile for their students! We've seen so much growth in our children, both on a social and academic level and I know for sure we owe a lot of it to the care and education they are receiving at KA. We also found that the administration's willingness to be flexible and accommodating to our specific needs to be invaluable. If you are looking for a well rounded pre-school with exceptional teachers, competent and involved admin team, and an environment where your little one(s) can have fun and thrive, look no further! Special shoutouts to the awesome owners, Deepak and Taisha - Thank you for creating a haven where our kids can feel safe and right at home! Ms. Christina, Ms.Tracy, Ms. Meredith, Ms. Kathy and all of the wonderful teachers at KA - You are an absolute DREAM TEAM, thank you for all that you do and for loving the kids like they are your own!

Sterling is an exceptional school for academics and quality of day to day learning experiences for children. it performs in the top of NC schools. My children's teachers are nurturing and pedagogically skilled. Independence is facilitated in children, curiosity is valued, opportunities for practice to master content are a priority and drive achievement. Montessori pedagogy supports engaging teaching and learning based in the ways children actually developmentally acquire knowledge. Parents are involved, classrooms are beautiful, well resourced and organized. It's a healthy learning environment (better than most) and I am saying this from being in more than my share of schools on the east coast for over a decade.

I'm writing this review two years after my child attended this facility…read more I've come back to say that I can not recommend this business. We transferred our child to Bright Horizons when we first moved into the area. Our child had no issues at his previous daycare before coming to Bright Horizons. But our child was kicked out of Bright Horizons WITH NOT A SINGLE DAY TO TRANSITION TO ANOTHER DAYCARE OPTION because our 2 year old child who is diagnosed as mildly autistic liked to play with doors. My wife and I both work so this was a major issue for us. If that sounds reasonable to you then by all means, feel free to come to this place. Be aware that what happened to my family may happen to you. Most kids are not diagnosed with autism till they are older - like 3 or 4 years old so this businesses inability to cope may be a problem for you. To be blunt though, I don't think the issue was with our child. We found another daycare two blocks away on short notice who took our child and had absolutely no issue with them. They in fact offered to take them on a permanent basis after several weeks. We like the new place but decided to transferred to another daycare who supported special needs kids in Raleigh. Our child's new teacher loved our son so it all worked out for the best. To summarize: - Three schools had no issue with our child and this one throws him out with no ability to transition. - The staff that had an issue with my child are still showing up on their web site as of this posting. - The the level of empathy and professionalism demonstrated at this business is, in my opinion, lacking. Buyer beware.
