The tint jobs on my previous cars came out perfect -- clean edges, no bubbles, no flaws, and exactly what was discussed. Everything was done carefully and correctly the first time. Because of that experience, I'm now bringing in my newest car to have the windows tinted and a dashcam installed. That alone should say a lot about the level of trust and quality of work here. Communication is always clear, turnaround time is as promised, and the shop is clean and organized. It's refreshing to deal with someone who treats your car with care and doesn't cut corners. After they apologized for missing my first email, they stopped responding after a few back and fourth emails when I provided them with design detail details for a quote they requested. If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced.
