Bought the battery and surprisingly, they went out and installed it at no charge, a service not offered by other auto stores in the area. They also put new wiper blades on as well. Would highly recommend them to my friends. Would go back there again.

I'm posting this review not because I got my part, and it was inexpensive and it was OEM...but…read morebecause of Mark D. who helped me above and beyond on attempting to resolve my vehicles ongoing issue. I have been trying to source out a part for a 2014 Crosstrek that had an electronic fault, even after recall. It's been throwing out 3-4 check engine lights and 2 codes. But, that's another story. Back to Mark D., he was polite, professional, well informed about cars, and most of all, the epitome of service! He looked up the part # and even had to locate a cross reference #, due to the discontinued OEM part. Mark D., was busy on this Saturday morning, and offered to do a little more searching for me. He asked if he could try and do more to provide me some options..."can I call you back in about 15 minutes?" And Yes, he called me back when he said he would! Mark provided me with options and shared some suggestions too. He explained that his store closes at 4pm today and if I call back before then, he can place my order or go online @ advanceautoparts.com. To me, Mark is the kind of guy to have on your side when you are stressing over your car! I hope corporate sees this and can appreciate and reward his dedication! Kudos Mark D. you rock!

Ripped off !!! Took my Internatial 4300 in because i had some oil on my real wheel and wanted to…read moremake sure there wasnt a seal leak. I understand time is money but they looked at my truck for 5 -8 min (grabbing tools took the most time) as they checked the oil level and literally wiped my wheel . I had a $20-$50 fee in my head which for 5 min. worth of work is more than reasonable. I was charged $85 including taxes which was a joke! I love how they say they shouldve charged my $160 for a full hour but only charged me for a half hour. I spent over $8000 last year on my truck (older truck) and businesses that do things like this lose in the long because customers like me wont go back. I know for a fact that my regular mechanics wouldve wished my a Happy New Year and say "no charge" which in kind i woulve tipped the guys $50 bucks or bought them lunch. Once again I was more than happy paying $50 or so but crap like this pisses me off and its a shame some businesses have no forsight as to how to generate loyal customers. Oh well...

After much frustration attempting to locate a camshaft and crankshaft sensor for our 2014 Crosstrek. The "AutoZ" store had what I needed but the Manager at the 300 North Ave. location was less than cooperative and quit rude that I decided to stop giving them my business, but that's another story! So, I called the guys at around 9:30 this morning and they had my part by 1pm. Juan, was quite helpful in providing me with some additional information regarding my parts and replacement locations for the camshaft sensor (intake - bank 1) he graciously spent a few extra minutes to show me the engine illustrations and what my options where, I think that is worth getting my business going forward! almost 1 year ago i took my LR4 to them for back brake issues…read moreafter they kept my vehicle for weeks (no loaner) they charged me over $5k i asked for a discount and they gave me a modicum of a break because they knew they absolutely scammed me i just looked in to one of my back seat storage wells clearing and cleaning my car out it's soaked & bathed in brake fluid they left the remaining bottle of brake fluid without tightening the lid. it's a brake fluid bath do not use this land-rover location! they just want your money not your loyalty
