A friend of mine celebrated his birthday here yesterday. This place is located in an industrial area so I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise when I walked in I immediately thought oh I can take a nice picture over there in that couch. It's nice and dark and the decor is like antique/vintage. The place was kind of empty, I don't know if it was because of the time of day we went but you guys are missing out. I had the Elixer Hibiscus Seltzer and it was a nice color and the taste was amazing. They do have a few snacks but no food. Come check them out you won't regret it.

Took my BF for a pub crawl. We decided to give sour cellars a try, which serves wine, mead and beer. Sour cellars is an industrial park on the outside, but once inside you're in the haunted mansion, with lavish antique furnishings. The music was on point, and my BF was asking for the playlist. They have snacks, but not a kitchen, so you'd have to bring your own food. Ice cold beers, we're perfect on a hot summer day

Sour Cellars is probably one of my favorite breweries. If you enjoy good beer and sour stuff, I can guarantee you'll love it here. The atmosphere to me is kind of vintage, it's pretty cool! I personally find it super relaxing and the couches are really comfy, it's the perfect place to enjoy a beer. The service is always great. I've only ever seen the owner serving and she's always super friendly and has some great suggestions. As for the beer, it's awesome. We recently had the Ladida and wow was it good! Definitely blueberry heavy in the best way! Can't wait to come back for more and try something new!

First time here was back in July 2017 so we decided it was time to come back. Stopped by on 11/30/24 with my friend - we're both fans of sour beers, it's the first thing we look for on menus so this place is definitely a must. Decor and ambiance is still the same which is great because there's nothing better than consistency. Drinks are great! We ordered a flight and the Goldfinch mead. Mead was delicious. Come check this place out.

Cool vibe. Wallpaper for royalty! The staff super friendly. Oh and did I mention the beer. We had flight 1 and 3 from the sours. All very tasty and such a pleasant ambiance. We ate before coming, as no food. But that ended up perfect - plenty to drink. They also had a wine and mead list fyi. Try it you won't be disappointed

This place is out of their mind with their taproom decor. It's beautiful. Very cool vibe in there. Felt like I should be in the middle of a murder mystery. Anyway, now for the beer. I split a flight with my wife. We were brewery hopping the beer here is high in ABV. I'm not big on beer that's barrel-aged but I already knew what I was getting into. However the beer was fantastic. I had a blast tasting all the flavors and notes in the beer. The owners of this space should be proud of what they've put together.

The spot is very laid back with a variety of sitting designs to use. During my visit there were dogs, so looks like it is a pet friendly place. Surely I enjoyed some glasses more than others but that can just be a personally preference. I really enjoyed #2 and #3. I did get to try drink #3 (bellywengins) in its two forms and both were really good but pomegranate syrup was my preferred. The woodruff syrup is almost like a sour green apple flavoring. Overall a nice space to check out if you are into sours.

Belleweignh with pomegranate syrup, definitely a must try.

This place is georgous quiet and clean. I love the atmosphere... However, it didn't dawn on me that the name sour cellar in fact meant sour beers. I very much enjoyed the facility and the people but the sour bitter beers where not my cup of tea.. but still a lovely experience. read more

So stoked Rancho has a place that specializes in sours. And for a rather small and new establishment, well they have a great variety to sample. The atmosphere inside is great. Dim lighting with cool wallpaper and decor. It felt much more upscale than a brewery. Each beer was great. Wonderful aroma and flavor in the beers. Would love to know more about the yeasts used in the ferment. We met the owners wife who was kind and pleasant and even kind enough to give us a tour of the brewing area. She let us know the owner was doing research at Cantillon. The Mecca of sour beers. Anyways in terms of sour establishments I would put Sour Cellars behind only the Bruery in terms of local sour establishments. Well worth a visit read more

This place is amazing. We loved the style and the beers are delicious. Over 15 different sour blends, all of which were very tasty. Highly recommended if you like sours. If you don't, there is usually a non-sour option. The decor is very nice and it is very comfortable. read more

Excellent selection, price, and service. If you like sours -- or are curious -- this is the place to wet your whistle. I had heard about this place from my brother, who lives in the area, and decided to give it a try. And boy, am I glad I did! Chinthya and Bryan Doty have crafted a modern tasting experience that combines a dozen different sours (with medieval names) with the décor of a Roaring 20's speakeasy. On my first visit, I was able to taste Flight #2 consisting of 5 sours before I had to leave, unfortunately. But then, I returned the next day to complete the cycle with Flight #1, and a couple of others that will be soon released. And I ended up purchasing 2 bottles (25 oz.) of my favorites, Darkle and Pie Pusher. They're gone, now! The Darkle was an excellent choice with pan-fried sausage and potatoes. My wife -- who generally doesn't like sours or beers, in general -- asked me to pour her a full glass after tasting the awesome sausage/Darkle pairing! After tasting all of The Sour Cellar drafts, I conclude that they were all varying degrees of mild. Now, for those of you who enjoy gulps of malt vinegar, these might not "do it" for you. However, if you like a sassy beer and enjoy exploring the varying fruit, hops and barrel flavors and aromas, and discussing the sour brewing process with Bryan, the brew master, you will really like this tasting room. read more

I love this place. All the beers taste so good, and the size (plus the price!!) is perfect! I sampled my first sour beer here, and it's hard to go back to anything else after. All the beers have the fruity perfection. My current personal favorite is Jammiest bit of Jam and the new Five or Seven. I said current because they rotate the flavor, so it gives me incentive to check them out now and then. Yaay! The decor is also very interesting. I can picture myself going here for pre-dinner drinks on a date, or just hang out for a comfy chat. Totally should try! read more

Sour beer, it you come here you've got to enjoy sour beer. Don't be an avid Shocktop drinker and expect to like the beer here. I personally love sours and I found their beers amazing. Can't believe I waited so long to try this local spot! Owners were courteous. Overall theme works well, dark lighting, Victorian vibe. Plenty of room. Now yes the price is slightly higher for what you get. But keep in mind that all beers served have been aged for 12 months! You get what you pay for! Will definitely be coming back. read more

If you enjoy sour beer, this place is a great find. There were 11 beers on tap, every end of sour spectrum was covered: light and dark, fruit and wine grape additions, dry hop, you name it. Owners are very friendly and I was treated to a tour the barrel room and got to hear the story of their start up experience. They are in the process of bottling several of their beers, so that you take them home and share with friends. My favorites are cat lap (Belgian dark strong with wine grapes), darkle (Belgian dark strong aged in whiskey barrels), jammiest bits (has raspberries, but is more jammy than tart). The brewer is very talented and clearly passionate about sour beer. I am a huge fan of Phantom Carriage and Bruery Terreaux I'm glad to have an amazing sour beer option in the IE. read more

Had so much fun tasting all their beers here! The owner was so sweet and was willing to chat with us about all our questions about the brewing process. Tried their "give me everything" flight (all 14 beers) and didn't try a single one we didn't like. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Tried all eleven brews they had on their opening night. All in all they were really good. Darkle, Gigglemug, and New Bugs on the Block were our favorites. The husband and wife who own the brewery seem to be very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Very welcoming and friendly employees, unique, and great atmosphere. read more

Local gem for sour lovers. I was there on opening day and can say it was amazing on day one and has only gotten better. It isn't often that you can go to a place, sample 15 beers and have a hard time picking your top 10 and consider everything to be at least "good," with the majority being "great." Stop reading this review and go and try it for yourself. read more

I don't care if you've never had sours before or you're a veteran sour consumer, this place will be a regular go to for you. Wide variety of GOOD sour beers, not that nasty crap you get from your local bevmo or whatever. Big difference. Talked to one of the owners too, cool people. Good atmosphere, just music, no TV's, friendly put your damn phone down, turn the TV off and TALK TO EACH OTHER kind of place. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is so cute! My favorite setup of a brewery that I've been to. It's also super clean. The glasses we got our flight in are so clean they sparkle. The beers are good, we didn't have one we didn't like. We got the sooper, balloon juice, no return ticket, champagner, and belly washer. All tasty! It's a great addition to all the breweries here in Rancho for sure. I will be coming here more often. Great job, sour cellars! read more

I received an alert about this brewery, I am always open to a new one so on Saturday I stopped by, all of the beers are sour, maybe some enjoy that, but I don't know anyone that does, the room is dark, and reminds me of a whorehouse, and the prices are double the price of every other brewery, good luck, I'll never be back read more

The site was the former home to Mountain Vista Winery & Vineyards, Pierre Biane Winery, and California Bonded Winery #1, one of the oldest-standing California wineries. The facility has large stone walls, immense spaces, and lots of wine history from the Cucamonga Valley. There's plenty of parking (private lot and on street) and the buildings have some great architectural style. The tasting room is huge, with comfy living-room-style seating areas. There are also a couple tables outside. WINES: Lauren and Gabby poured for us. The service was very good, and they were both quite friendly. If I remember correctly, Gabby is the granddaughter of the owner. The one thing we really liked was that most of the fruit they source comes from local vineyards. At one time, the Cucamonga Valley had 40,000 contiguous acres of vineyards. That's mostly all gone now due to modern development. My wife and I decided to share two tastings so we could try several of the whites and all the reds. The wines are well made, and we found several that we really enjoyed, including the '22 Sauv. Blanc, '21 Chardonnay, '22 Zinfandel, and '23 Sangiovese. Bottle prices range $20 - $40. As I always state, wines can be very subjective based on your individual palate, so you should stop by and try them for yourselves. Had a nice experience and will be back for more of their wines.

I finally had the opportunity to visit, and it was extremely hot outside, so I knew that I wanted a chilled white. However, I can never pass up a wine flight! Any four pours for $20. So I opted for 3 pours of the whites and one of the Rose. I started with the Biane Brut and was very impressed. Dry, minerally, and just the right amount of yeast. I also had the Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, and the Chardonnay. My favorites were the Biane Brut because who can resist refreshing cold bubbly bubbles on a hot day. And then the Chardonnay because it reminded me of days (years, ok decades) gone by when I first drank this divine potion with big oak and buttery notes. Some people prefer stainless steel Chardonnay, but not me. Drown me in oak and butta! This was divine, and I bought a bottle to go. The winery is family owned and has a very long history dating back at least two centuries. They previously supplied Las Vegas hotels with their delightful bubbly brut. There's a really cool, gigantic photo of some of the winery's prominent people over the bar. My husband and I had fun trying to guess the identity of each person and their role. Overall, a very chill place to hang out and drink some tasty local wine. Gabby provided us with excellent service, and I look forward to returning many times in the future.

We mentioned that we have a 1992 Triple Cream Sherry and wondered how they were drinking now, should we open now or can it still sit, etc. Since they had one open in the back, they poured us a little bit and it was still fantastic! I loved the pasta there since it is made with Stella Rosa sauce. Able to buy a bottle of wine and enjoy on the premises (there is a corkage fee). I suggest sitting outdoors with a covered patio is lovely. Gift shop looks like a museum inside. There are special items you can only buy at the location that is not sold elsewhere. Must try the Stella rosa sweet/spicy jam and pasta sauce. There is always a clearance section I like to shop at too. We left with a bunch of cute items and my favorite wine Magdalena cab. Overall a fun time for a fairly new location. Thank you staff and thank you San Antonio for taking care of us on a Saturday afternoon. We will see you again.

They had new seasonal flavors of wine and a nicely decorated event space in the back with adorable Christmas decorations and a big Christmas tree! I love Christmas... Charcuterie is available in a refrigerator as well as imported cheeses, dried pastas and sauces, crackers and other delicious snacks. I appreciate this winery but I prefer the LA location with its restaurant, big events like Pilates and Prosecco!

I did not catch her name but she had long braids and suggested a pitcher of soda for our family as a better value than 4 standard drinks. I do want to stress that this is a cashless business and I do not support digital only businesses. I purchased summer bowling passes for my teenagers for a killer deal but am concerned on how they will be able to purchase snacks if I'm not there with my credit card but I believe there's a machine that converts cash into card. I'm not certain if that's what I heard. They had a lot of fun games for all ages to play. Beware as per usual to most Arcades with the exception of D&B's in my opinion it's going to take several $100's if not $1000's of dollars to obtain a decent prize. Unless you win jackpots. My boy's plan to save their tickets until they can get Something they want. There were a-lot Of teenage congregant's as usual to any arcade. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. Clear limits on group sizes per lane, ensuring kids stay within their own lane, and revisiting the shoe rental policy for guests who bring their own equipment would all go a long way in improving the experience. There's definitely potential here, but the bowling side needs better structure and oversight.

They weren't the recliner ones we hope for, but it worked out. Restrooms are clean and lots of parking available.

It honestly seemed like honesty was being punished. Very disappointing customer service. Ended up not being able to get drinks. I guess their bar does not need the sales. Bad bad bad customer service.

Even though we're not big fans of sours, we thought we'd give the tasting flight a try--and to our surprise, we really enjoyed it!
