West side of the winery. A small onsite vineyard remains.

Tastings: $20 for 4 2-oz pours This was our first visit to the Biane Winery, however not the first time to this particular property. The site was the former home to Mountain Vista Winery & Vineyards, Pierre Biane Winery, and California Bonded Winery #1, one of the oldest-standing California wineries. The facility has large stone walls, immense spaces, and lots of wine history from the Cucamonga Valley. There's plenty of parking (private lot and on street) and the buildings have some great architectural style. The tasting room is huge, with comfy living-room-style seating areas. There are also a couple tables outside. WINES: Lauren and Gabby poured for us. The service was very good, and they were both quite friendly. If I remember correctly, Gabby is the granddaughter of the owner. The one thing we really liked was that most of the fruit they source comes from local vineyards. At one time, the Cucamonga Valley had 40,000 contiguous acres of vineyards. That's mostly all gone now due to modern development. My wife and I decided to share two tastings so we could try several of the whites and all the reds. The wines are well made, and we found several that we really enjoyed, including the '22 Sauv. Blanc, '21 Chardonnay, '22 Zinfandel, and '23 Sangiovese. Bottle prices range $20 - $40. As I always state, wines can be very subjective based on your individual palate, so you should stop by and try them for yourselves. Had a nice experience and will be back for more of their wines.

I have driven by this winery several times, and it was pure torture that I was unable to stop in until today! I finally had the opportunity to visit, and it was extremely hot outside, so I knew that I wanted a chilled white. However, I can never pass up a wine flight! Any four pours for $20. So I opted for 3 pours of the whites and one of the Rose. I started with the Biane Brut and was very impressed. Dry, minerally, and just the right amount of yeast. I also had the Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, and the Chardonnay. My favorites were the Biane Brut because who can resist refreshing cold bubbly bubbles on a hot day. And then the Chardonnay because it reminded me of days (years, ok decades) gone by when I first drank this divine potion with big oak and buttery notes. Some people prefer stainless steel Chardonnay, but not me. Drown me in oak and butta! This was divine, and I bought a bottle to go. The winery is family owned and has a very long history dating back at least two centuries. They previously supplied Las Vegas hotels with their delightful bubbly brut. There's a really cool, gigantic photo of some of the winery's prominent people over the bar. My husband and I had fun trying to guess the identity of each person and their role. Overall, a very chill place to hang out and drink some tasty local wine. Gabby provided us with excellent service, and I look forward to returning many times in the future.

What a fantastic experience at Biane Winery in Rancho Cucamonga! From the moment we walked in, Elvis welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile, setting the tone for our visit. As first-timers, we were blown away by the first pour; it was absolutely amazing! We started with one wine tasting, but since we were there, we decided to try everything they had to offer. The ambiance is incredibly relaxing, and the comfy chairs invite you to sit back and enjoy. The pictures hanging on the walls add a nice touch and are fun to look at. Living in Rancho Cucamonga, I often pass by but never had the chance to stop in until now. I'm so glad I did! Thursdays feature live music, creating a great atmosphere that enhances the experience. All the wine pouring was delightful, and I can't wait to return. I'm looking forward to the wine crawl this Saturday! Highly recommend visiting Biane Winery--you won't be disappointed!

Always friendly, always fun. I come in on Sundays sometimes because it's my day off -- the staff is friendly with whom you can actually have a conversation. The wines are decent and it's easy to strike up a conversation with other patrons. Highly recommend

Really like the champagne- doesn't taste like Chardonnay which is a plus for me. Inside is chill, cozy places to sit and clean bathroom. My friend and I have been twice and both times service was great. The staff gave recommendations and didn't oversell. Recommend the champagne and Heritage blends. Great spot to chill for an afternoon

Stopped in for a Saturday evening treat and what a treat it was! Lauren was amazing, calm and knowledgeable about the varieties available. Just a perfectly relaxing way to spend some quality time. We lucked out, no crowds today, the music was perfect and again Lauren was a gem! We WILL be back.

Everything went great! Our first time. We stopped by on Sunday to check it out we ended up staying a bit had a couple of glasses, my daughter signed up as a member and all this had to do with how well we were greeted by Philo and his sister. Staff were great and wine was delicious they took their time answering our questions and recommending great wine. Thanks to Philo for his time filling us in on the beautiful history. We definitely plan on returning very soon.

The venue itself has a small nook area to the side so it was used as a back drop for photos and cheki (polaroid taking), a check in area to meet the idols and pick up our DIY bouquets for the event), some cushioned chairs and tables to the side, and lots of circular tables and seating inside for the group to sit down and work on our bouquets. There's random wine themed decor throughout the venue and 2 TVs where one was just the random wallpaper generated and the second one being the offkai theme image. There was chill music being played through the venue but unsure if this was through the tech of the venue or the speakers that the even organizer brought with them. When they spoke on mics, it was easy to hear them no matter where people sat. There's a restroom in the back and if your event needs food or catering or is an actual wine themed event, there's a counter in the back. It was a slightly colder day, but temperatures were controlled inside. There wasn't an option to extend the time there even though the next event wasn't until several hours (like 5 I think), so we had to move our gathering next door.

Though we wished it was more crowded and poppin we made the best of it since the wine we had was really good. I tried the rose moscato that was absolutely amazing!!! The taste was very good. For my third glass I got the sparkling moscato and that was outstanding too!! The ambiance was perfect and set up cute! I'm sure if they had a dj on the weekends it would have been great!! The server Misty was very good, amicable, and very patient with telling us the menu options. It's really not many good options but you can order food from next door restaurant Cocina Serrano. Also, they have charcuterie board if that's what you like with your wine. I would try here again to support another woman black owned establishment. Come try here and the wine you won't be disappointed. They also have beer as well. -Marshay Dede

In 2017, the Mission Inn Wine Tasting Room was added to several quaint restaurants and shops that one may indulge in at the Mission Inn and Spa. It began when owners Duane and Kelly of the Mission Inn, purchased a vineyard in Ashland, Oregon (home of the Oregon Shakespheare Festival and a small college town that boasts a fine foodie scene in the Pacific Northwest). Why buy land in Oregon and not California? Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris is why! Of course, California has it's share of Pinot's, but they have a different terrior! I personally, would choose an Oregon Pinot over a California Pinot on most days! Sorry, California, I still love you for the things you can do that Oregon cannot! When we arrived for our one-stop, play-cation, stay-cation, we were pleased the new tasting room was open! We were warmly greeted by John our psuedo sommlier for the day! We received an intimate tasting for two and shared our love of work, travel and most of all things food and wine! An $11 per person tasting of the private estate, educated staff and intimate atmosphere, it's the perfect add on to a Mission Inn and Spa trip. #MissionInnWineTastingRoom #PinotPlaycation #OregoninCalifornia

Our server Ed, was very attentive as were the other assistants. We all ordered our dinners and here is where it kind of went downhill. Our friend ordered the lobster only and his wife ordered steak & lobster. Our server placed the orders into the kitchen and not too long Ed returned to tell us they only had one lobster left. So it was decided that our friend who wanted the lobster only got the lobster and his wife opted just for the steak. Food was served and when our friend tasted the lobster he immediately stopped as he said the lobster tasted old. He advised Ed who asked if he wanted a replacement of shrimp, and he said no. It spoiled his appetite and so he just ate some mashed potatoes and creamed corn. Very disappointing for our friend who really wanted lobster. The restaurant provided a slice of cheesecake for their anniversary. Now, to me, the one slice was very slim. For the inconvenience they just had, a slice for both of them would have been more appropriate and not cut so slim. My humble opinion is that slice may be something you would have served to a child. They brought 4 forks for us to share that slim piece. The restaurant is always so clean and friendly settings. We all enjoy our favorite server, Ed. We all will be back, but hopefully if ordered; the lobster will be better than this visit.
