The site was the former home to Mountain Vista Winery & Vineyards, Pierre Biane Winery, and California Bonded Winery #1, one of the oldest-standing California wineries. The facility has large stone walls, immense spaces, and lots of wine history from the Cucamonga Valley. There's plenty of parking (private lot and on street) and the buildings have some great architectural style. The tasting room is huge, with comfy living-room-style seating areas. There are also a couple tables outside. WINES: Lauren and Gabby poured for us. The service was very good, and they were both quite friendly. If I remember correctly, Gabby is the granddaughter of the owner. The one thing we really liked was that most of the fruit they source comes from local vineyards. At one time, the Cucamonga Valley had 40,000 contiguous acres of vineyards. That's mostly all gone now due to modern development. My wife and I decided to share two tastings so we could try several of the whites and all the reds. The wines are well made, and we found several that we really enjoyed, including the '22 Sauv. Blanc, '21 Chardonnay, '22 Zinfandel, and '23 Sangiovese. Bottle prices range $20 - $40. As I always state, wines can be very subjective based on your individual palate, so you should stop by and try them for yourselves. Had a nice experience and will be back for more of their wines.

The venue itself has a small nook area to the side so it was used as a back drop for photos and cheki (polaroid taking), a check in area to meet the idols and pick up our DIY bouquets for the event), some cushioned chairs and tables to the side, and lots of circular tables and seating inside for the group to sit down and work on our bouquets. There's random wine themed decor throughout the venue and 2 TVs where one was just the random wallpaper generated and the second one being the offkai theme image. There was chill music being played through the venue but unsure if this was through the tech of the venue or the speakers that the even organizer brought with them. When they spoke on mics, it was easy to hear them no matter where people sat. There's a restroom in the back and if your event needs food or catering or is an actual wine themed event, there's a counter in the back. It was a slightly colder day, but temperatures were controlled inside. There wasn't an option to extend the time there even though the next event wasn't until several hours (like 5 I think), so we had to move our gathering next door.

Though we wished it was more crowded and poppin we made the best of it since the wine we had was really good. I tried the rose moscato that was absolutely amazing!!! The taste was very good. For my third glass I got the sparkling moscato and that was outstanding too!! The ambiance was perfect and set up cute! I'm sure if they had a dj on the weekends it would have been great!! The server Misty was very good, amicable, and very patient with telling us the menu options. It's really not many good options but you can order food from next door restaurant Cocina Serrano. Also, they have charcuterie board if that's what you like with your wine. I would try here again to support another woman black owned establishment. Come try here and the wine you won't be disappointed. They also have beer as well. -Marshay Dede

More intimate times to be had at the Mission Inn and Spa…read more.. In 2017, the Mission Inn Wine Tasting Room was added to several quaint restaurants and shops that one may indulge in at the Mission Inn and Spa. It began when owners Duane and Kelly of the Mission Inn, purchased a vineyard in Ashland, Oregon (home of the Oregon Shakespheare Festival and a small college town that boasts a fine foodie scene in the Pacific Northwest). Why buy land in Oregon and not California? Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris is why! Of course, California has it's share of Pinot's, but they have a different terrior! I personally, would choose an Oregon Pinot over a California Pinot on most days! Sorry, California, I still love you for the things you can do that Oregon cannot! When we arrived for our one-stop, play-cation, stay-cation, we were pleased the new tasting room was open! We were warmly greeted by John our psuedo sommlier for the day! We received an intimate tasting for two and shared our love of work, travel and most of all things food and wine! An $11 per person tasting of the private estate, educated staff and intimate atmosphere, it's the perfect add on to a Mission Inn and Spa trip. #MissionInnWineTastingRoom #PinotPlaycation #OregoninCalifornia

It is in an old house right on the north side of Foothill Blvd or historic Rt 66 actually. Open only for dinner we got there at 7 pm and were seated in the dining area by the bar. It was dark and I just loved the beautiful and colorful lamps. Felt the old school vibe in the air. Atmosphere - 5 stars - nice and mellow. The room - really cool. The bar was happening and popping. Really fun group. We were in the dark and docile section and had to get the flashlights on our phones to check out the menu. The food - 5 stars- great Calamari. Awesome salmon ( charbroiled with really delicious sides- mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus). The other appetizer was the guac mash which was also really nice. Came with warm bread. Table next to us got really awesome looking steaks. Lobster looked yummy as well. The drinks - Marlene had a couple of Pineapple cosmos and she said they were strrrrrronggggg. The service - 5 stars plus - our waitress Eva was really great. Very attentive and talked to us for a bit not rushing us out at 9 pm. Bartender( lady) and Manager also were really cool. Dress code - I was in slacks and a collared shirt but the two gents by us were in gym attire. So casual on a Monday was ok. Parking - loads in a very big lot. It came to $80 per person plus tip so expect pricing and a tab in that range with drinks $16-18, appetizers also in that range and entrees $35-47. It was an interesting experience.
