    service department is a shady gtoup daughter went to have a flat tire repaired they told her that…read moreher tires were dry rotted. the Mfg. date of the tires were 2019 and 2021 the tread depth was 4/32,and 5/32 there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tires but it ended up costing $851.12 to replace them I've got pictures of the tires that they said were bad I have purchased 9 (nine) vehicles from them in the past 1997 ram 1500, 2006 Chevy Equinox,2008 mustang GT, 2015 Ram 1500 laraimie long horn eco diesel ,2017 Chevy Silverado, 2019 jeep compass 2006 Honda accord 2008 Chevy classic 2019 ram lone star 2022 jeep grand Cherokee needless to say it the last time I purchase anything from them again All because of a set of tires

Despite the salesman having a planned special engagement that night he stayed until all the paperwork was done and we drove happily away. Yes, I understand he gets paid to sell cars but his commitment was more than just selling a car. The deal was straight forward no game playing on pricing! We got a fair price on exactly the car we wanted. Finance even was able to get a better deal than our own financing had given us. Just good customer service a thank you, God bless and come see us or call us if we can ever help as we left. Turn now to January 2016. We called Robbins Chevrolet in Humble, Texas because of a check engine and on-star warning. The first question did you buy the car here? No we purchased at a Chevrolet dealer in Sour Lake. Oh, pause followed by Our first service date available is a week away for a drop off. We have a gm warranty that covers a rental/loaner during repair. We don't see your warranty in the system you need to call your selling dealer to get the information on the warranty but the rental probably won't cover a rental until we diagnose the problem and verify that a rental is covered. Understandable to verify coverage but a week wait to drop off with a check engine light (not the gas cap), and then wait to have the problem identified. Unable to locate a GM Major Guard warranty in the system under the VIN not a good thing. Ok now to call Sour Lake for warranty information. Quick voice mail left for Jerry at Sour Lake Motors a leaving the VIN and name. 7 minutes later Jerry calls back with all the warranty information and has verified it's in the system!!! Does Jerry stop there NO he goes on to explain where it can be located in the system and offers to assist if the servicing dealer can't locate the needed information they can call him and he will help. Now that's customer service before and after the sale. That is why Sour Lake Motors will get my business if they have the next vehicle I want to purchase. Chances are good with the makes they sell!!!

    Customer service needs serious improvement…read more While the vehicle itself is great, the customer service experience was disappointing. Tyler Ramirez was quick and helpful in some areas, but came across as overly aggressive when explaining the total cost. His tone felt more confrontational than helpful. Courtney in the finance department started off great, but when we politely declined certain warranties due to cost concerns, her demeanor shifted dramatically. She responded with an attitude and unprofessional comments, saying things like: "I don't see why you would want to go without a... warranty." This was said in a rude, dismissive tone, despite us being polite and simply asking reasonable questions. Additional issues: We were never provided with our financing paperwork at the time of purchase. We were told it would be emailed, but it's now been two days with nothing received. Attempts to contact the finance department have been unsuccessful. When we brought up our concern about misaligned or uneven headlights, we were told all vehicles come that way because they're "human made," which felt like a dismissive excuse rather than a proper explanation. After experiences with several other dealerships, this one unfortunately ranks at the bottom in terms of professionalism and service. I would not recommend this location and would rather work with a different Toyota dealership in the future.

    Betsy Conner just…read morenow New Purchased a preowned car in December with agreed upon services (ozone treat for odor, detailing, minor dent removal, and installation of a spare tire). Left the car for two days for these services to be completed. When I picked up the car, odor was only thing resolved. Car had not been cleaned and dent not addressed. Service rep stated they had no information about the dent but could have easily repaired if they had known. I could not leave the car longer due to the fact that I live out of state and had to return home. The salesman Jon Fortenbury stated the spare tire installation kit could not be obtained that quickly but that he would have it done at a dealership in my home state. We continued to have ongoing texts regarding the status of this over 3 months each time he stated it was on its way. Finally I called the sales manager Norman. He informed me that Jon was no longer with the company but that he would look into this and call back. I have now left two more phone messages for him that n a weekly basis with no response. I only gave two stars because the service department was exceptionally professional. I do not recommend buying from the dealership as they do not stand by their agreements and avoid customer service follow ups.

Pricing games, forced add-ons, and sales tactics don't work on me and I'm upfront about that from the start. I spoke with five other dealerships during this process, and honestly, most of them missed the mark. Too many games, not enough transparency. Originally, I reached out to Elizabeth Patten (listed as Internet Sales Manager), but she let me know she had moved to a different department and pointed me to Rami Hammad and I'm glad she did. Rami was exactly what you hope for in a car-buying experience: straightforward, responsive, and zero games. He's personable, sharp, and actually listens something that's become rare in this industry. It felt like dealing with how dealerships used to operate. If you're in the market for a vehicle, new or used, do yourself a favor and ask for Rami. He'll take care of you the right way. And to management whoever hired him made the right call. As long as he's there, you've got my business.
