    My new car

If your in the market for an acura be sure to see kyle. He knows his cars. He is very pleasant and goes above and beyond. He made the car buying experience very smooth. He showed me key features on the vehicle, helped me with setting the app up. Didnt push any upcharges on me that i didnt need but helped me get the packages that i did need. I will recommend anyone looking for a new car to Kyle and Criswell acura. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating

I asked for a refund for your services and let them know about the state police, claiming my sub frame passed inspection, along with other things they that said failed and needed to be replaced. The police said he couldn't find anything wrong with my car. He inspected the old tires too and said they did not need to be changed. Now I also have on paper that my break pads were still good too. Your service department tried to claim i needed over $6000 in repairs and my visit to Koons Toyota costed a little over $1000. Barbara Perez with customer service was rude and unapologetic. She claims "But you authorized the tire change." I told her "Yes, because your service department claimed they needed to be changed but when the police inspected them, he said they were fine." Barbara Perez then said your service department inspected the tires better than the police did. That isn't true.

My friend and I arrived and started viewing some of the cars. Marcus came out and greeted us and provided information. My friend talked with Marcus and we ended up going for a test drive. Marcus provided excellent customer service but unfortunately did not trump the disrespect and rude behavior we experienced from the manager Steve. We made it clear to Marcus that if we could negotiate a deal in my budget we would leave with the car that evening. He went over to talk to a manager and Steve came back with paperwork for financing instead of leasing. When we clarified that we were interested in leasing options Steve became annoyed and rude and abruptly left as if we were inconveniencing him. He returned with the correct paperwork and we attempted to try and negotiate the price. Steve was rude, unprofessional and cut us off. I could tell Marcus was embarrassed by the manager's behavior. My friend and I immediately got up, thanked Marcus and shook his hand and walked out. I ended up finding a great deal from another dealer. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership and recommend others stay away as well.

Zero Stars: I would avoid this service center at all costs…read more I initially brought my vehicle in to have suspension components replaced and specifically requested OEM parts. Less than 30,000 miles later, I began hearing suspension noises. When I returned, I was told there was nothing wrong and that they could not replicate the issue. The noise continued, so I went back a second time. This time, I was told that my suspension components were failing -- which made no sense given that OEM parts should last far longer than 30,000 miles. That is when I was informed, for the first time, that aftermarket parts had been installed instead of OEM. To make matters worse, they presented me with a $7,000 estimate for parts that had been replaced less than two years ago. The service manager, Steve, insisted that this was simply an estimate from my original visit. That was not true -- the estimate included additional services that were never discussed during my initial appointment. It became clear that no one was reviewing the maintenance history of my vehicle. After I raised concerns with both the service manager, the GM, and Honda corporate, the diagnosis suddenly changed from "the entire suspension is failing" to "it's just the right driver-side strut." They replaced the strut, yet the noise persisted. On my third visit, I was told there were loose bolts near the steering rack and motor mount and that the issue had been resolved. I still hear the noise. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. The shifting diagnoses, lack of consistency, and failure to properly review service history are concerning. I strongly believe I was being pressured toward an unnecessary $7,000 repair. As a "resolution," they offered $300 off an $800 rear brake job. I do not trust the quality of work or the transparency at this service center. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here -- not even for routine maintenance.

Julian Connor is a top notch salesman and spent the better part of his Tuesday understanding what we were looking for, letting my wife and I test drive the car, working out the particulars of trading in our existing GLK 350, and initiating paperwork and financing for the new car. He's very knowledgable - not only about the cars they sell but also about the entire process of buying one, which makes for a seamless experience. He's also a pleasure to talk to and seems to genuinely value his customer relationships. Once the sale was done, Julian stuck around to make sure we fully understood all of the car's features and were ready to hit the road. Larry Cash, Sr. was wonderful to work with on financing and patiently walked us through all the details with a great deal of clarity. Like Julian, he put us completely at ease through what would normally be a bit of a stressful experience. The dealer itself is one of the best located we've come across, very close to downtown Annapolis and the harbor and in a great neighborhood with several restaurants. The showroom has a positive vibe and is not overwhelmingly big like at many dealerships. Everyone seems happy to be there and they were all great to our 3 year old, who was in tow for the duration. We left Annapolis with what we felt was a good deal on a great car and did so without the normal car purchasing pain. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis makes the case for getting your car through a dealer and we look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. Thanks, Julian, Larry and team!

Carley really helped solidify the deal, making everything feel fair, transparent, and straightforward. I was immediately put on hold for 8.5 minutes then was disconnected. I called right back and went through the faulty telephone tree as before. This time instead of speaking to a person I was asked if I wanted a call back. I did. Two hours later, not having heard from the service department, I made another call. This again wound up with my being offered a call back. I again agreed and again received no call within a reasonable amount of time. A fourth call finally got me through to a service writer. An appointment was made for two days later at 8:15 a.m. I was told that the work would take 1.5-2.0 hours, so I elected to wait at the dealership for repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the wait would be a minimum of 3.5 hours. I called my wife to pick me up, disrupting both of our morning expectations. There's no excuse for that kind of stupidity. This service department doesn't appear to know what they're doing. When I finally retrieved the car, the bill was 150% more than what I was expecting. If I can find another Mazda dealer in the area, I doubt I'll be returning to Fitzgerald.

Thus, I contacted my insurance representative who told me he would contact Audi representative directly. Three months later after being required to purchase a new battery over $700 to inspect the possible water damage, and continuous phone calls and messages I received a text message informing me I would be charged $75 a day for storage. I responded "when was I going to be notified my car was fixed and ready for pickup." It was then I was told the order would be placed for the repairs. I was notified again via text my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I picked my car up the next day. I received a phone message from the Service Manager John(?) referencing my survey and stating, "Because you have not had a good experience with Audi Criswell you will not be returning here to have your car serviced and you can find someone you are happy with." Unbelievable, I've had my 2017 serviced for all maintenance for nine years and my new Audi has less than 36,000 miles. I was told by the Service scheduler I was due for a system update (?) and it would take up to six hours and a loaner could be provided via speaking with Marvin(?). I called Marvin three times, left messages everything over six days and never received any return phone call or.response. When I spoke to John(?) Mike Treas the service manager and Mark Bowling were both extremely dismissive and rude to me from start to finish. First, I'll start with the positives: 1. They serviced my car quickly just under 2 hours. On the phone I was told it would be 2-3 hours, so that's nice. 2. The lounge is very nice and clean. The location is also right across from Festival at Riva, so I walked there to get some work done at a coffee shop and grab a bite to eat. Super convenient. When I pulled up to drop off my car, there was nobody around. The service staff was all at their desks. The service center isn't well marked. I'm a new customer so I was unsure of who I go to first. Some places have a front desk you check in with or they have people outside waiting. I checked in with one service rep (Kaleb) who sent me to Mike Treas, the service manager. I asked a couple of questions but it all felt rushed. When my car was ready, I got a text. I went to see Mike, who was on the phone. I let him finish his call and went onto his office checking in about my car. He looked at me like he had no idea who I was, yet I had just seen him not even 2 hours prior. He passed me off to Mark. Since I'm a new customer, I asked Mark what the process was. I just wanted to know for future the right places to go. He immediately became dismissive and was rude to me. He told me he called me, so I should have known to see him. Nobody told me that I was being passed off from Mike to Mark. He pointed out and told me my car was behind the keys. Yes, Mark left me a voicemail, but only said "this is Mark at Koons Ford. Just calling to let you know that your car is ready for pickup. Thank You." So how was I supposed to know that I had been handed off to Mark? He didn't say he was a service rep or anything, he could've been a receptionist from the dealership calling. My interactions with both Mark and Mike were negative and make me not want to do anymore business with this service center again. I see this dealership's service dept has some bad reviews. The department could be a little more friendly and helpful, not defensive, rude, and dismissive. Mark could have spent 1 more second on his voicemail to say "so come and see me." Or Mike could have told me he would be passing me off to another service rep. Or, in the text message they could have stated "go see Mark Bowling." I don't think that's too much to ask from a service center. Just a couple of small changes in communication and I would've left a happy customer. This could also help your reviews not have as many angry customers.
