I've gone twice now to see Susan. She is fantastic. Very Knowledgeable and kind. Prices are affordable and I'm loving not having those "angry" lines between my eyes. Both times I was in and out pretty fast. No long tiresome wait in the waiting room either. The receptionist is also super friendly. Glad I found this place.

I was…read moretold they were charging me a $50 penalty for being a "no show," even though they were being notified hours in advance. I am not a current patient and was unaware of the cancelation policy. The reminder text messages say to call if you can't make it, but say nothing about a penalty if you cancel within a certain number of hours. They just lost a new patient and far more money than the $50 they made. No thank you.
