No explanation given I was offered an appointment on June 5th...three weeks away and was told to keep them in mind for future appointments. I love this salon! It's clean, welcoming and relaxing. Audrey is my hair stylist, she always listens to me, helps out when I need the help and always does a great job! The scalp massages during the shampoo is glorious! So amazing that they now offer for an additional fee you can add a ten minute scalp massage. I've always left happy. All of the girls there are so friendly and kind and make me feel at home! I'm looking forward to my next appointment and really want to try their other services like getting my nails done there! The salon is so nice and clean. The ladies were so friendly and offered me coffee, tea or water. Jocelyn washed my hair and was a sweet heart. The girl who gave me a blowout was super nice and did a fantastic job. I should have asked the price prior to scheduling my appointment because I was a little surprised when she told me it was $65.00. Granted, I do have thick hair but I have had blowouts in the past at upscale salons that cost me $50.00 max. read more

I have been going to this salon for over 5 years, and I will not go anywhere else. Even when I moved to DC for a few years, I would wait just to come home to get my hair done. Roberta, the owner, is really friendly and sweet. She has only done my hair once, but did a great job. Then after that I started going to Steph. She is amazing and some sort of hair magician. I have very fine hair and I always leave there with it looking healthier and fuller. She is also really great at dying and highlighting (I have definitely put my hair through the ringer). When it comes to highlighting she is very meticulous, takes her time, and does it right. They are thin and blend beautifully, and you don't end up with gross thick chunky highlights. Steph has also done updos for me and makes it look like I have SO much more hair on my head than I do. Their prices are pretty average for the area and are definitely worth it. The salon is self is intimate, clean, and nicely decorated. They also offer a bunch of other services that I haven't tried yet, like massages, facials, mani/pedis. Maybe once I graduate from school and get a job I will have the extra $$ to spoil myself. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, Steph in particular! read more

The service at this place is top notch. I used a different brand of hair color on a DIY job at home and my hair was left streaky and purple-y red. I could not go to work like that the next day! Frantically called salons at around 1 pm and everyone was full. Then I called here, and they actually wanted to do their best to help me out. The woman who I spoke with took my number and called me back saying Grace agreed to come into work early to help correct my color. An hour and a half later I was in her chair and she talked with me and came up with a plan for my hair. She was meticulous and sweet, and my hair looked amazing in the end. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job. The crassness was gone, but it didn't look dull or flat. She did a very nice job shampooing and blow drying as well. It's obvious that she takes a lot of pride in her work. The price was lower than expected, and their regular prices are also reasonable. I was looking to dump my old salon and now I will. All of the women at the salon were kind, accommodating, and helpful. My only regret is not coming here sooner! read more
