He confirmed that my duct pressure was excellent then recommended that all of the duct openings be sealed with duct tape, a proper drain be installed under my home for the condensation that was just leaking onto the plastic liner under my manufactured home creating a stagnant pond under my home and I was smelling it because it was leaking into the open gaps around each of my vents.
