I love this car wash! If you haven't been here in a while this is a completely new facility from the old place. I waited patiently for them to finish the rebuild and open. When the did I took advantage of there grand opening special to check them out. I couldn't have been happier with this new modern facility. It does a fantastic job cleaning my car and the vacuuming area is spacious and perfect for finishing your car. The only thing I wish they had is compressed air hoses to blow out the cracks and crevices. After checking them out a few times I bought a monthly membership and haven't looked back! You can come in once a day and I come at least 3 times a week. Ask someone about it because it will save you so much money even if you only use it once a week. Everything works so smoothly you barely need to interact with the staff. But every time I have they have been both helpful and friendly. This is my go to spot now, I'd say it's one of the best carwashes I've gone to so far in the Southbay area. From pulling into the numerous lanes and always being greeted with great customer service, it's definitely a place I'd recommend. It's also one of the cheaper car washes that offers the best quality wash. Your car goes through multiple stages in the wash bay and I like the high powered blow dryers at the end of the wash right before you exit to ensure your car is as dry as possible. The car wash also officers a lot of parking stalls with high powered vacuums to clean the interior! I think it'd be nice to have a large mirror near the ceiling angled downward so the driver pulling into the wash bay can align their tires to the tracks to avoid damaging their rims/make it easier to pull in. This is my third time here. The prices are $6, 8$ and $10 as of today 02/05/2026. I think the 10$ option is the best. It's a no brainer big bang for your buck. I believe there is a monthly membership but I forgot to inquire. The first time I was here I was disappointed that they don't have the air hoses to further dry off the car on the outside. I typically use the air hoses for detailing side the car however after my third time here it's not really needed. Typically at other car washes I grab it because the blow dryers aren't enough and my car is still wet. However the air dryers at this location are great! They're powerful, maybe because this site is new, but my car isn't soaking drenched afterwards. I definitely appreciate the investment into the dryers if you couldn't already tell. The vacuums are strong, typical. Everything else is extra $1 for air freshener fyi it's a vanilla scent which I don't like lol. If you forgot a frying town it's $2. Staff is attentive, I do see them enforcing the no loud music policy which I lowkey like. sorry yall I like a quiet car wash to get my life crisis done. Overall coming back next week! read more

I think I found my new favorite car wash! Friendly greeting, straight forward tunnel wash, my Premium $19 car wash was 1/2 price today. Lucky me! Soapy, wet, scrubbing dangly things, blow dryers that could straighten Shirley Temple's curls. Vacuums that suck stuff, but for some super awesome reason, they aren't so mind-numbing loud where you need noise canceling headphones to enjoy the silence. Giant clips to hang and Vacuum your mats. Clean trash areas. Roomy parking for drying/vacuuming. Today towels were $2 each, but I've got my own supply of microfiber cloths because I'm addicted like that. Easy in and out. I wasn't planning on writing a negative review, but I feel it's important to share an honest experience. I was actually planning on taking my vehicle to the Detail Center on Manhattan Beach Blvd. and Inglewood Ave., but I thought I'd check out Bellagio instead since I hadn't been back since the remodel. I've been a longtime customer and wanted to support the business now that they've reopened. I purchased the Gold Wash, which was reasonably priced, but I wasn't aware that Bellagio had transitioned to an express drive-thru wash. That wasn't necessarily a deal breaker, but it wasn't what I was expecting. During the end of wash, I heard a loud bang when the dryers came on and noticed something hanging from the roof area of my vehicle. At first, I thought it was part of the wash equipment or possibly a hose. After parking, I discovered that the weather stripping near my luggage rack was hanging loose. Unfortunately, I thought I had taken a photo of it, but my phone didn't capture it. I tried to put the weather stripping back in place as best I could and wished I had the photo to show them. I pointed it out to one of the employees, who called over a manager or person in charge. I believe his name was Elias. He told me the weather stripping appeared to have already been like that before entering the wash. He also mentioned that he had told the employee assisting vehicles at the drive-thru that it should have been pointed out to me beforehand. I told him that if it was already like that, I would have appreciated being notified before my vehicle went through the wash. He maintained that it was pre-existing and added that the blowers are very strong. I chose not to argue and accepted his explanation.. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with vehicle damage here. Years ago, before the remodel, I brought another vehicle through the wash and later discovered that the sidewall of one of my tires had been sliced. Based on my experiences, it appears the business is reluctant to take accountability when customers raise concerns about damage. To make matters worse, I ended up having to drive back to my business, grab my own detailing supplies, and finish the job myself. I cleaned the glass, wiped down the dashboard, conditioned the leather seats, and removed dirt that was still left behind. I had also paid extra for tire dressing, but ended up applying tire dressing to the tires myself. What was supposed to be a quick stop during my errands ended up taking considerably more time than anticipated. I understand the owner's decision to move toward an express wash model, and the pricing is affordable. However, as someone who appreciated the previous full-service experience, this visit left me disappointed. I was really hoping to continue supporting Bellagio and give the remodeled operation a chance. Instead, I left with a loose weather strip, additional work to do myself, and a less-than-satisfactory experience overall. I don't enjoy writing reviews like this, but I believe honest feedback is important. After this experience, I'm honestly not sure if I'll be back. read more

They lied! I asked 3 employees what unlimited means? All three stated you could go once a day everyday of the month through the car wash. I said great sign me up for the most expensive one. Paid and went through daily. The home office deleted my account my account without telling me. They told me to call the home office to find out why. She told me I went through to many times! So unlimited does have a limit. she never informed me what that limit was. There is another car wash down Hawthorne blvd. That does respect the meaning of unlimited. they are rebuilding theirs too. Came here during their soft opening or the day they opened. There was hardly anybody there. Got a basic wash. I didn't take the time to dry my car on the outside since I was in a rush to get somewhere else. When I got home later that day I noticed round brush like scratches on the back right window of my car. I called the following day to speak to someone about it. Not only did the person on the line have a sarcastic tone towards what I was saying but she told me I'd be getting a call from their manager which I also never did. I personally try to upkeep my car. Keeping it scratch less, dent less & clean. I had my paint redone a week before and my windows are perfectly fine in the pictures they have of my car which only proves that this car wash definitely messed up my window. If you're neat and nitpicky about the look of your car I would not wash my car here. read more

They reopened today after the 2+ year renovation. It is now a large self-service drive through express car wash only. No more full service. The machine cleaned and dried my car well and everything is brand new. Glad to have them back for my car wash needs when I don't need a full service hand wash. read more

The new prices are good and they are running a special which is great. BUT I have roof racks on my car. They turn off the top scrubbers so the hood and top of my car is still filthy. The facility of the price is reasonable. The only thing that I would recommend and is the reason why I gave it a four is that if you're a member and not just paying once at a time they should have like a member lane so that it can speed up the process. Sundays are very busy and you have to wait a good 10 minutes before you get into the car wash. read more
