I think it is 4 or 5 stories so there is quite a bit of space here. I haven't seen it fill up to capacity, though I haven't utilized this park and ride regularly on weekdays. If you work in Seattle, live on the I-90 side of Bellevue or nearby, then this park and ride would be the best one to utilize. There are commuter Metro buses that take you from here directly into Downtown Seattle in the morning and back to Bellevue in the evenings. Also numerous local routes on the Eastside stop here. Sound Transit route 554 that runs from downtown Seattle to Issaquah used to stop inside the park and ride, but now stops only at the Eastgate Freeway Station that is a short walk from the parking towers. It offers another option to get to downtown Seattle during the weekdays. When I needed to use it, I have found this facility to be useful for weekday jaunts into Seattle. I like that there is covered parking unlike some other locations on the Eastside. I would however only suggest parking at Eastgate on the weekdays if you are headed to downtown Seattle. Mercer Island Park & Ride is a better option traveling into Seattle on the weekends since the 550 and 554 stop there meaning the wait is shorter and the parking lot is never very full. If you parked here and take the 554 back, make sure to watch the timetable as it is either a half hour or a full hour wait for one depending on the time and day.

Or if you are simply doing shopping or running an errand in town on the weekend or after work. As long as you are not trying to park here during weekday work hours, you won't have too much of an issue here with crowding.

Our bus carried only five passengers, we spaced ourselves apart, and fortunately nobody nuked a big one. Most of the window gaskets squeaked, annoyingly, and one showed a visible gap. I did think, a window could fall out, and thus would not reach Vancouver on schedule. They couldn't even properly adjust the large LED clock, still set on Standard Time and a few minutes late. Litter left and scattered from the previous trip tells me either nobody cleaned the bus in Seattle, where we originated, or they were given so little time or otherwise cleaned it poorly. I wouldn't have known about MTRWestern had Flixbus not contracted them for the codeshare to Vancouver. Nor would i have otherwise chosen them. They ran the worst, dirtiest, and least maintained bus i've ever ridden.

She said it was "so much easier for [her]" if I had. Maybe they don't track their vehicles? Highly unprofessional, and makes me wonder if they simply don't know what routes their drivers take. I scheduled a pickup with Starz since they had a promotion at my condo. Through a convenient online form, I was able to set up a reservation, and promptly got a text from them confirming my pickup date and time. I even got a reminder text the day before my pickup. On the day of my pickup, they arrived right on time. Just getting in the Chrysler 300, I was immediately impressed. Available to me was hand sanitizer, candy, gum, a newspaper, and an ipad. There was no need to use the newspaper or ipad, though, as the driver provided great conversation on the way. It was a pleasure to talk to him about my upcoming trip, and he got me to the airport quickly to boot! The most significant part about the service is still yet to be told: After paying him with my credit card, we exchanged handshakes as he handed my luggage to me......... A little while after he dropped me off, I was on my way through to the security line, where I began putting all the contents of my pockets in my bag. It was during this process where I realized what an idiot I was - I forgot my cell phone in his car. In a frenzy, I used my tablet to find Starz' phone number, and called them on the pay phone (who knew these even existed anymore!!!) Calling Starz, I spoke to someone who calmly told me that they would try and get to the airport in about 20 minutes, and told me to meet them at my airline's door in the departures section. I offered to pay again for this drop off, since I assumed the driver was far away from the airport already. It's a small price to pay to be able to keep my phone with me during my trip. Sure enough, the driver arrived about 20 minutes later. I walked up to his car, and he handed my phone to me. I asked him to pull up ahead so he could park and I could pay him again. His response: "No sir, that's ok. Just enjoy your trip." I stood there in shock, as I had just bugged him to drive all the way back to the airport just to drop off my phone. He reassured me that I need not pay him again, and it was then I realized that there is still hope in humanity. To the selfless driver that provided me stellar service, I thank you. Also, a thank you to Starz for employing such great people and for running an efficient operation. I guarantee that I will be using Starz Towncar service for all my future shuttle needs. P.S. It opened in 2024 as part of the 2-line grand opening, and can now be an entry point to get to downtown Seattle taking the 2-line. It was the closest rail station to my daughter's condo, making it about a 20 minute brisk walk. Like other stations on the 2-line, the tap-to-pay card readers (able to accept credit cards directly) are discreetly on the side of the entrances, with no space for toll gates, allowing a large number of people to enter/exit at the same time. Unlike the downtown Bellevue station, this one is at-grade meaning there was no need for escalators or elevators. There are lockable bike lockers available for minimal charge. This was the time right before the start of the US-Belgium World Cup match in Seattle, so wasn't too busy with revelers/watchers: they were already at the match or at bars, ready to go.
