I was very impressed with the cleanliness and diligence of the facility. It actually smelled nice! The staff made sure to take down AND understand all of Roscoe's needs before we booked and again at drop off. But what was the best moment was when a staff member took his leash to lead him to his kennel. For the first time ever there was NOT a fight, hesitation or even a glance back! When asked why he would not see him he tried to redirect the question and would not give us an answer. My dog was loosing an immense amount of blood and it was expressed multiple times we could not find any other care. Additional concerns- both dogs have come home twice with upset stomachs, not present for drop offs and have had to change travel plans, unprofessional dialogue and blaming of other staff by the owner. As a fellow business owner, I would hate for my clients to receive the same consideration we did. Everyone has bad days, which is why we gave multiple chances but once the overall safety and care of our dogs were directly compromised, we will not be back and we do not recommend if your pups are family to you.
