They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Clearly this isn't the first time. There are a lot of companies to choose from please pick someone else.

The women that came to clean my home did such a poor job. You expect a spotless home for a deep cleaning but got the opposite. It looked like they didn't clean my home whatsoever. Stains were left in the kitchen, baseboards still dirty, bathroom dirty, hairs, dust, stains in cabinets. Oh and turns out the glass they shattered from my fridge, they hid under my fridge instead of disposing the glass safely. I reached out to the manager to let them know I was unsatisfied with their work and essentially said that it's my fault I didn't let the women know while they were still in the house (which is funny because the woman that broke my glass, literally ran out of my house instead of talking to me) anyway he said that I wasted their resources, time and gas and the only thing he could do is have them come back for 1 hour BUT I have to pay more for their service. I don't know if it was the 2 women they sent to my home, but it seemed like they never cleaned a day in their life. Now my husband and I are stuck with deep cleaning our home instead.
