Also I didn't know much about the oil, thinking they are the experts , give me what I got last time you have the information right on your screen. Then was told 15-20minutes that turned into 30minutes before I was told I needed an air filter and then change brake fluid. I just had my brakes replaced. Something about that wasn't right. I just came for an oil change. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know. Well of course I let them do the recommended repairs ($500) and left 1 hr later. Upset broke and late for church . Im done with this Jiffy Lube they act like they were doing me a favor and they weren't nice about it.

Only an oil change. I leave my vehicle, they call me to go over the invoice. The young lady working shows me my filters and says something about changing them. I say no, I'm fine I just want the oil change. She says are you sure, this is the air you breathe. I say yes I'm sure I can change that myself pretty easy, just the oil. Then she mentions brakes and another worker comes and mentions my windshield wiper, which has been working fine just used them the other day but to all of this I say no thank you, just the oil. She then asked about the filters again, to which I gave the same response. She says ok, this is the air you're going to have to breathe makes a face and starts laughing as she takes them back to my vehicle. Which I personally think is a little unprofessional. My car gets finished. I go in to pay, I pass her the money she gives me the change I say thank you, she says mmhm. I turn around she says "do you want your keys" I say something like oh they aren't in the car? When I get into my vehicle I pull off when I look to my passenger side all of the papers that were in my glove compartment are on the seat and floor so I turn around to go back. I spoke with a different person and just asked why they'd be out of the glove compartment, I should have got his name because he was professional, he says oh they went into the glove box to get the cabin filter but the items should have been put back to where they came from and I informed him of the interaction. This review is a combination from all of the slightly off-putting things that happened after declining extra services that seemed like micro-aggressions stacked on top of each other. What I think should have been a pretty basic and normal thing suddenly felt petty. I usually don't go to this location and probably won't again, no hard feelings to the staff that was uninvolved more so writing this review to educate how one tiny little micro-aggression or gesture can make or break the level of service and make even small mistakes seem intentional.

Received a confirmation and instructions for using the app to check out the truck upon arrival, and took a Lyft here. When I got here, there were trucks in the parking lot, but nothing was showing in the U-Haul app. I called U-Haul customer service and they noted that this location failed to check in the trucks, so while the trucks may have physically been there, they could not be rented out. This is kind of a big deal when one of the major functions is to rent out trucks! Luckily, the customer service reps were able to transfer my reservation to the Capitol St location, but I had to rush to get there before they closed. Still, the fact that the trucks here weren't properly checked in so that other reservations could be fulfilled was extremely problematic.

Premium/93 is 3.25 currently and I'm basically just listing that for posterity because who knows, maybe one day gas will be 13.25 and yelpers my age in 2085 will be like damn... remember how good they used to have it? Like I do every time my abuelo tells me about gas being 13 cents a gallon in the dark ages of yore. Lol Any hoo... station has the cheapest prices on this street and there are 3 other gas stations with in walking distance of this one so there ya go. Say no mo. 4/5 sounds right.

Here is why: 1) You don't have to come to him - he comes to you & that alone is a great business advantage! He actually came by the day before Valentines & was willing to do the work the next day. But I had to tell him that I would be in the dog house if he came by then! lol 2) He diagnosed the problem in a short matter of time. Plus he explained to me what was wrong. And this is after I took my car to other mechanics that couldn't find the issue. 3) As far as pricing, he came & replaced the parts needed & tested it. Engine coolant was leaking & I was refilling it at least one every two weeks in. Now almost a month in & I haven't had to add any coolant! To end this review - not only can you not put a price on someone who will come to you. But you can't put a price on great service!

Due to a manufacturer error with the kit I provided (it contained two different sizes of the same part), Haydar actually had to perform the labor twice after the initial test. Despite the job taking nearly double the expected time, he honored our original price. On top of that, he identified and replaced a faulty part, only charging me for the cost of the part itself. He had to order the part, so he had to come back the next day. Truly honest and professional service. I highly recommend him.
