Randy is whom I spoke to when I called the phone number. Randy originally gave me an ETA of 90 minutes, but he was at my door in 30! Can't beat that quick of response. Anyway, I had a safe that needed opening. When he arrived, he was clearly knowledgable about the safe (Fire-Fyter brand) and advised me he could open it but it would take some time. He then gave me the option of opening the safe without worrying about saving it's integrity, which was a faster option. I advised him that the faster option would be best considering that I was strapped for time and I didn't care for the safe anymore. 10 minutes later, the safe was open and my wife was happy. Randy really knows his locks. I had a store front lock that stop working. The drum would just spin in circles, Randy easily identified the problem with loose parts and was able to fix it right away. I also wanted a feature to keep the door unlocked from the outside. I thought I had to get a new lock mechanism and would cost a lot. Randy showed me a feature that already existed in my current lock that provided me with this feature. Saved me a lot of money - Randy did not charge much for the service. Randy was great! Of course we had waited until absolutely everything was wrong with our front door locking mechanism. We couldn't lock it from the outside, we couldn't lock it from the inside, we couldn't even get it to latch when closed leaving it vulnerable to wind blasts opening it randomly.
