I called Randy at approximately 1:45 pm asking for an estimate, he was hesitant and asked if I had a picture of the front door handle/ lock and fortunately I took a picture before I left the house. I sent him the picture so I can get an estimate for Randy to come out and re-key my front door. Randy had an opening and I arranged to meet him at my home. He did give me an estimate which was reasonable but randy was at my home on time and after looking at my front door kept the estimate he told me on the phone. We had a problem with a lock due to a heavy door settling over the years and increasing the friction against the deadbolt, which eventually over stressed the lock mechanism. The problem with the lock was fixed promptly, including realigning the deadbolt catch to prevent a recurrence of the problem. I would rate this company as very competent and knowledgeable. read more

He was very busy that day but he heard the sense of urgency in my voice and managed to come out to my house at the end of his workday.
