I called originally called SCL&S in to obtain a quote to replace the locks in our house. Randy not only reassured me, over the phone, that replacing the locks might not be necessary and he can advise if "re-keying" might be a better option. Being that he was currently working in Morgan Hill he called me back and said that he can come to my residence within 15 minutes. Randy, being in the industry for over 30 years, gave me sound advise that replacing the locks in our house was absolutely not necessary. This ultimately saved me ~$300! He was very informative and was more than happy to show me how to the process works in rekeying our locks. He ended up replacing a some door knobs and a lock, which was within the scope of work.
