I urge anyone who is considering living in a community under the thumb of Parker Brown to reconsider. It is not worth it. A: The recent stealthy change to our HOA's towing policy is a perfect example of how this organization prioritizes profit over residents. With no warning, no discussion, and certainly no community vote, they altered the rules to allow them to tow vehicles parked in safe areas simply to pad their coffers. It is unreasonable. Was there a sudden surge in abandoned vehicles blocking fire lanes? Were residents clamoring for stricter parking enforcement? Of course not! This was a calculated move to squeeze every last dime out of us, treating homeowners like ATMs instead of people. It's infuriating to be treated with such contempt, to have our voices silenced while our wallets are raided. This HOA operates with a shocking lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the community it supposedly serves.
