I finally read about Dr. Chakalov and there was nothing but amazing this said about himself and the staff. Every rating was 5 stars. I went and everything that was said was true. I was seen at my actual appointment time... which is a major plus for me. The dental hygienist, Leslie, was absolutely AMAZING! She has amazing hands. She was the sweetest. They treat their patients with respect and are always willing to answer any questions you may have, whether it's about billing or about medical, they always take their time to make the patients feel at home. I was a patient for about 6 years with them and never had any complaints. Unfortunately my insurance changed and they were no longer in network but they were very kind and even gave me my X-rays free of charge so I could take them to my new provider. Typically after visits you receive a bag of goodies (toothbrush/toothpaste/ floss) . Since I was pleading my case to the manager they didn't offer my daughter a goodie bag. I'm disappointed with the flow of the wait times to service ratio. What truly bothers me is that the manager said they have a good reputation and steady flow of clientele therefore he'll accept a long wait time (indicating they are sought out). In other words, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLES PRECIOUS TIME...so as long as they over book and keep clientele coming in. At no time did he apologize for the unacceptable wait time nor did he try to make things right for a loyal family of 4 . Furthermore, my wife and myself are either still military/ veterans. I would no longer support or refer any of our military families to this office. If you value your time and expect punctuality please steer clear from this establishment as it is not considerate of YOUR TIME.

Once I arrived at your practice, three of your staff members who never introduced themselves informed me that I was not assigned and they call my insurance company on my own to find out . I had to personally call my insurance to confirm that I was, in fact, assigned to your office. Upon arriving, the staff attempted to make me fill out forms I had already completed prior to my visit. I waited for over an hour, only to be told that I would only be receiving an exam, despite being scheduled for both an exam and cleaning. It was a Friday, and it felt as though the staff was more interested in leaving early than providing the services I had scheduled. Additionally, the level of professionalism and cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff didn't introduce themselves properly, and I witnessed one employee moving between rooms while wearing the same gloves. The overall environment was unsanitary, and I was left feeling that the office operates with little regard for patient care or hygiene. My 80-year-old grandmother has been a patient here for the past year for dentures. They removed her bottom teeth so the dentures could properly fit, yet after all this time, she still has NOT received them.
