They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.

Working with the insurance provider I was warned going with a shop that was not one of their preferred vendors could leave me open to covering the costs of the damage, but I would not trust repairing my vehicle with anyone else but Trident. They were prompt to get my vehicle in quickly, amongst the many other clients they serve, and diagnose not only the visible damage to my vehicle but also the less obvious but equally critical parts. They also handle correspondence back and forth with insurance and are properly able to work with insurance to cover all the damage when the initial estimate wouldn't even cover half of it. Erin and her team are always quick to provide me updates on what is going on with the car now, tomorrow and how soon it can be back on the road. While its never fun having your car in the shop, you cannot find better service than with Erin and her team at Trident Collision!

I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.

Months ago, I came in looking for help with my seat's electric switch. They didn't have the part in and had to order it over the weekend, but in the meantime they manually moved my chair to a comfortable place for me free of charge. Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service.
