Everyone that answered the phone or really nice and helpful with the reservations as well as the person who helped us into the boat. Honestly, I liked everything about the company and the experience. The only one thing to note as a negative was that I think they perhaps exaggerated a bit with the number of restaurants that we could stop at but that was OK because we only needed one. We did end up stopping at a place to grab a burger and it was fantastic. All in all it was a really great day and we were definitely come back.

I have never written a review but have had no other choice to write this review in hopes that other people will not be taken advantage by this company Below is a sequence of events that occurred and how their company decided to handle it... - 8/30/24 we rented a boat at the agreed upon price of $728.85 - 8/30/24 after we returned the boat we were prompted to leave a tip. We were happy with the service and wanted to leave a $15 dollar tip, instead BY ACCIDENT we clicked 15% - 8/30/24 On the way back we were notified by our bank of the incorrect charge of $109.32 and immediately called Rueben to ask him to adjust it to $15, We were assured this would be adjusted - 9/1/24 We called again to confirm this was going to be handled and was notified that "corporate" would be processing the refund - 9/5/24 Another call & email was sent as we still had not seen the refund. Again we were told "Corporate" would be handling it - 9/10/24 We had no other choice but to dispute the charge with Chase - 9/24/24 Chase contacted us to let us know we needed to speak to the company directly for a refund to be issued - 10/01/24 We called again and let them know that Chase them to refund the funds. We were told AGAIN "corporate" would handle it - 10/28/24 I personally went into their office and spoke to Rueben and explained the situation, which he was fully aware of. He told me the matter was out of his hands and that we signed off on the paperwork. I let him know yes we indeed did signed off but we notified him within an hour that was an incorrect amount and he assured us it would be adjust it. He mentioned he would speak to the owner (Peter) later that day, as he was coming into the office. I specifically asked him to please call us back by the end of the day with an update, again he assured me this would happen. This NEVER happened. I also asked him for your direct number and could not be given this info. - 11/5/24 I sent one final email to Peter asking him to please refund us and no answer If you want to do business with a dishonest, unresponsive, 0 customer service company- please do business with them. We have rented from them multiple times and this is how they treat repeat customers. There are many other options in the area to take your business too.

Vacation was nice as expected, but when I got ahold of a ScootCoupe, I was begging myself to know…read morewhy I hadn't done this before!! No, seriously, I didn't think this thing would turn so many heads. Wholesome smiles from all the locals as my girlfriend and I putted up the A1A. I felt that the Floridans were really happy for me the way they pointed as they leaned in to their partners saying, "that looks fun." At first, I rented it for 4 hours. First I went North (from Deerfield) where I caught amazing views of the sea. We stopped and took seaside selfies. Then, we went south to Ft. Lauderdale. Going up the drawbridge was a climb, but going down was like a roller coaster ride. We maintained a modest speed of 30mph with the occasional 35mph, and we never utilized the seat belts. I was a tad rambunctious with the road runner-sounding little horn, but overall a great joy. We discovered the best beaches from the ScootCoupe cruise; places I would've been to bored to travel to by car. After totaling 45 miles, I had to call and ask if I could extend the rental term to 24 hours. That was a superb choice. With our newfound time extension, we stopped at a McDonalds and had a sandwich in the shade. Satisfied with our lunch, we cruised north again, stopped to grab swimwear, and looking for beach parking. One park was $25, so I turned around and left. A couple miles up the road, we found a small park where there were no car parking spots, but plenty of motorcycle parking spots. $3/hour(max) @South Beach Park Pavilion at the end of E Palmetto Park Rd.. The coupe fit perfectly in a motorcycle space. After enjoying amazing, post-Christmas day, sea temps, we took back to the road and went back to our hotel for dinner. We felt like true road warriors. Eager to get back on the ScootCoupe, it was time for some gasoline. Finding that Chevron made my car run noticeably better than Ohio gasoline, I figured, correctly that it was (probably) the best option for ScootCoupe(er-ee doo). $3 filled the tank, happily. And on we went North, again. It was a nice drive past hundreds of Million-dollar mansions, and a few scenic ocean views. Bring your sunscreen for this trip; I was looking like a lobster when I got off. Finally, we took one last night cruise, just to top it off before we went back to our hotel to sleep. All in all, I think we went about 150mi total on the thing. Throughout our road faring journey, we kindly, and easily, (probably illegally) veered over into the bike lane and threw up a peace sign to signify to drivers that they can pass. The ScootCoupe comes equipped with chrome-like Roll-bars (good for visibility), rear view mirrors, seatbelts, good suspension, lockable dash and trunk, a couple bike locks, a horn, headlights, high beams, a speedometer, digital odometer, fuel gauge, tachometer, and sharp, front amd rear brakes. Not to mention an ample horn. Very safe; perfect for kids or couples. In all honesty, I am now looking into buying one of these little beasts. The host man was very cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. I do not see how this could be any less than 5 stars in my personal opinion. Safe travels!

The owner, Kyle, made our non-pressure shopping experience simple with all my answers provided in laymen terms, which I appreciated. As a person that has never used an electric bicycle, the store provides a trial option to experience an electric bike for three hours at $50.00, which is a great tool to make a big somewhat pricey decision. If in the Boca area, check out the Pedego electric bike showroom. Although there was not a purchase today, my five star rating is solely based on the excellent knowledgeable customer service, non-pressure sales pitch, location, and the mass inventory.

They were super friendly, and made the process fast and easy. They gave us all necessary instructions on how to use the electric cart. For the price it's really worth doing to cruise around town for a few hours. You are able to drive on the street just like a car while following normal street laws. This also encouraged myself to buy one a cart once I do make the move down. Once we returned the cart and waited for an Uber outside. One of the employees came out and brought us some free waters since it was hot out. It's the small things we appreciate. When we come back down and want to rent a boat we will be using them for sure!
