Customer service from Jahe and Sir Price exceptional at s High ST location…read more South high street did not have the t Catslytic converter Icame in to purchase after having my engine light read. was sent to 3833 westbroad street.got there &They didn't have the part. Cameron was helpful & called 5410 location & spike to Jimmy. Cameron told Jimmy I was on the way after Jimmy confirmed he had the part in. Jimmy tried to sell me a used Cadillac converter that was obviously very used & rusted as if it had come off an old vehicle. I then went back to 3341 South high street where Sir Price took care of me. Totally unacceptable for the hour plus I spent driving to all the different locations + gas to end up back at the South high street location to order the part which will be delivered to the store on May 1st I would like for someone to contact me from corporate. I posted on another auto zone website as well.

Just had to go in for a new battery after mine died unexpectedly. The employee who helped me was…read morevery nice and put the new one in. I should add my car is made stupid and he spent a good amount of time prying off a bolted on bar that goes over the battery. The price was nice, the service was free and considering its late at night and the stupid layout of my engine the attitude was great. Why not 5 stars? They seemed slightly short staffed and this was the first time I've gone to this one. I will definitely go again.

Excellent experience with these guys. I brought a non-finished Cafe Racer project of a Honda CB750…read more1977 that was not even running and they did an outstanding job solving the different challenges we had during the project. Ray and his guys were professional, efficient, and always tried to find the best solution for me and the bike. I'm really glad to have chosen them, and will definitely continue to trust them for future projects, purchases or repairs. Thanks for all, it was a pleasure! :)

I have a 2003 Vstar 1100. I know it's old but I like the bike. After I changed the oil and filter…read morefor some reason while riding it wouldn't shift into higher gears. So I removed the side cover to check if a certain screw was loose and it wasn't. So I called around to diff places and Independent agreed they'd take it in and check it out & fix the issue. They asked for a $250 deposit.(Really!!??) But ok no worries. They picked it up on a Wed and didn't look at it or call me until Sat. The phone call was bullshit. The guy told me it needs plugs, carb needs rebuilt, and finally the starter clutch needs replaced. The clutch alone was almost $1000 + labor. 1st of all I just rebuilt the carbs with new jets and everything. Not hard to do, I have new plugs just haven't put in yet. He went on to say the carbs need balanced I disagreed. They don't need balanced after a rebuild not to mention they were recently balanced. They kept pitching me to trade my bike and buy a bike from them. I showed up on a Monday walk through what had been serviced. The owner took time to talk with me about the issues. We agreed not to do the starter clutch however I kept asking about the shifting while riding, he used his hand on the pedal and went through the gears and said no issues. Bottom line is I spent almost $300 for r nothing. They didn't fix the shifting issue and I replaced the starter clutch myself and it still makes the same sound as before. Starter clutch not the problem. I replaced the plugs. Still have the shifting issue while riding. They're liars and they didn't check anything out. Just took my $300 and fixed nothing.

Like something out of a post-apocalyptic Mel Gibson flick, the lot at this junkyard/parts supplier…read morewas a wasteland/graveyard of deceased rides. Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.
