They delivered the engine to my mechanic but the car started having problems right after. Took it to Lindsey Acura and they advised I was given the wrong engine. Not only did they give the wrong engine, they didn't tell me, agreed to replace it and pay for labor on three different occasions for their error but when the time came they denied having agreed to pay for the labor. I paid 1800 for the part and they gave me a part for a 2012 Acura TL that is not compatible with my vehicle and at most cost 1k on the website for all the salvage yards. Took them to court and the judge ruled in their favor because apparently the document Lindsey Acura provided wasn't sufficient and because I didn't have anyone from Lindsey there to corroborate it wasn't enough proof. Mind you I had a video they denied putting into evidence as well from Lindsey saying they couldn't prove the source when I literally saved the text message sent to me so dialing the number would've clearly proved it was Lindsey Acura who sent it. I figured the judge would do that when we went to our first hearing and the judge referred to south highs lawyer by his first name. I knew then with me not having a lawyer he would rule in his buddies favor. So regardless of them giving me an incompatible part and me paying significantly more for that part, none of that mattered. Mike from South High literally held up his hand swore the oath and lied bold faced in that courtroom. He is a crook. Do not trust him and this is coming from someone who has been a customer for over a decade until now.

Cameron was helpful & called 5410 location & spike to Jimmy. Cameron told Jimmy I was on the way after Jimmy confirmed he had the part in. Jimmy tried to sell me a used Cadillac converter that was obviously very used & rusted as if it had come off an old vehicle. I then went back to 3341 South high street where Sir Price took care of me. Totally unacceptable for the hour plus I spent driving to all the different locations + gas to end up back at the South high street location to order the part which will be delivered to the store on May 1st I would like for someone to contact me from corporate. I posted on another auto zone website as well.

I should add my car is made stupid and he spent a good amount of time prying off a bolted on bar that goes over the battery. The price was nice, the service was free and considering its late at night and the stupid layout of my engine the attitude was great. Why not 5 stars? They seemed slightly short staffed and this was the first time I've gone to this one. I will definitely go again.

Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.
