I do not recommend SJ Fence LLC. Poor quality and difficult to get help with issues. Purchased an aluminum fence to surround swim spa. The fence gate required a locking latch to meet pool standard in my community. The gate latch is poor quality, --the latch will not open, or it sticks closed (requires oiling monthly, as well as constant adjustment to the latch). Discussed this with Dan on several occasions by phone or text (since installation in 1/2025). He inspected the latch during a visit and said it would be replaced. In addition, the installers cut the sprinkler system line in two places (the cuts in the line are obvious). Dan was told about the existence of the sprinkler system at time of purchase (installation team reminded as well). Two attached photos show cut in line adjacent to concrete (by shovel?), as well as cut in line where line sits atop of corner of concrete (zoom in on the photo). When I brought the gate latch to Dan's attention by text and voicemail (again earlier this week), he said no one told him the gate latch wasn't replaced. He said someone would drop by and repair/replace the gate latch, and he would repair the sprinkler line. I'm not sure why he expected me to remind him again about the gate latch (how many conversations does it take to get it done?). I declined to have him fix the sprinkler line as I already did the job myself (hopefully it doesn't continue to leak), and I didn't want to get into another back and forth with him about completing the work (as I experienced since 1/2025 about the gate latch). read more

Joe was phenomenal and his crew was competent, quick and efficient. We had to replace a stretch of fence that came down in a storm and opted to replace the old wooden one with a vinyl fence. The guys showed up and dove into the job, finishing it much faster than we had expected and cleaning up so there was almost no trace of work having been done. We'll be replacing the rest of the fence with South Jersey Fencing over the next year or so! Kudos all around! read more

5 star! Best prices out of all my estimates, polite, on time, did everything I asked them to do thanks to Dan. He was so patient and nice to me, when requesting my fence to accommodate my bunnies, squirrels and wildlife I didn't want to block out of my yard with a vinyl fence. Dan came up with a great idea. He suggested flipping two sections of vinyl fence with open bars. It's perfect for the rabbits and squirrels to hop through and have access to their babies and nests in my yard. It also accidentally created a little window for my dog to be able to watch everyone walk by and she's loving it! He even had my gate customized to leave a gap underneath and it turned out so nice. The guys showed up on time and got right to work and never stopped working for a minute until the entire fence was up. They cleaned everything up, ( 1 of the guys wiped all the mud off the bottom areas of the fence when they were done) super polite and did a great job. I couldn't ask for better service. Above & Beyond the Call of Duty! This is the second time I've gotten to work with this outstanding company! I embarrassingly dropped my cell phone down a 4 foot fence pole while gardening (don't ask). I called our favorite installers to see what advice they may have to retrieve it. Without asking, Joe came right over and drilled out the hole at the bottom of the pole so my daughter could fit her skinny arm in to retrieve it with a pair of tongs! Pricing was very reasonable, we could not get our first choice of vinyl but are more than happy with cedar. The install was quick and accurate. And the installers could not be more professional and courteous. Recent hurricane came through and parts of the fence were loose. We cannot thank South Jersey Fence enough, we called them to come out after we had a dissaster of a compnay come out and start the job. They came out right away for an estimate and knew that we needed this pretty quick. Charlie form start to finish was amazing, came out gave us the estimate and easy to contact throughout the whole process. Not only did they fit us in there schedule rather quick, but they finished the job quick also. The price was also great considering before using the first company we got plenty of estimates.
