I made an appointment with Bickford Family Dental Care for an exam and cleaning. From the moment I walked in until I left my appointment I was treated with care and confidence. My Hygienist Aleana explained everything in a way that was positive and informative. Being an older person childhood dental visits and dental care was not a priority. After I was an adult and had dental insurance I was able to get extensive dental work. Dr. Messah made me feel confident that my teeth with care will be with me til the end. What I like most about Bickford Family Dental is that they realize that not only is the patient important but that their entire team is what makes them successful.

Instead of taking to me handed me 3 pages of forms to fill out stating. " I haven't seen you in a couple of years." I reiterated the only thing that is changed is my address. There was no flexibility on her simply changing that request I walked out because if the person at the front desk is too lazy to perform that simple task? Also, the dentist who did my root canal is the kindest and most empathetic dentist I have ever met, with my fear of needles I know I'm not the easiest patient to deal with but Lake Stevens Modern Dentistry made seeing dentists tolerable.
