I went to the first one and they overfilled me by $220, based on the quote provided. When I went in for the second cleaning I brought up the over charge which they said they would correct. Instead of correcting, they reversed the full charge of my 2nd cleaning and then refilled it a few weeks later. I went into the office to settle the issue and the supervisor said I only owed $310 with the adjustment, which to me didn't seem right but I just wanted to end. Later on I received a bill for $288 for the same services, showing 90 days past due. I went up to the office several times with promises to call me and they never did. I called and talked to supervisor and he said he would review and call me back, he never did. Now I have a final bill with debt collector warning. These people are incompetent and clueless. What seems to indicate the change of ownership is, the new name of the practice and there is no mention of Dr. Chatterley in the web site or phone messages. Dr. Chatterley was an exceptional dentist. I will miss his care. So this practice is not called Chatterley and now and is called Mountain West. It has been for about 4 plus months.
