Two months later I was in a roll over accident on the highway. I attribute walking away with only a few scratches on my hands to the work of Dr T. My neck and back were strong while I rolled over 4-5 times at highway speed. Basically anyone can call themselves a naturopath without any sort of formal education or training in naturopathic medicine. This guy advertises himself as being some sort of expert in medicine, but it's just smoke and mirrors. The initial tests, the reports, his analysis...based on very little scientific evidence. Anyone can purchase fancy software that spits out a generic report like his. Ask where he received his formal education and how long he went to school. True naturopaths attend a 4 year graduate program at a licensed school (there are very few in the US). Do your research. Not done yet. If I would've taken the supplements he "prescribed" I could've done substantial damage to my body. My test results came back that I was hypothyroid. In reality, I had hashimotos thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune thyroid condition in which your body attacks your thyroid gland. I was prescribed iodine to boost my thyroid function. I decided to do extensive research before taking it and discovered when you have hashimotos, iodine can actually increase the attack on your thyroid and cause irreversible damage. Hashimotos patients are typically advised to steer clear of any non-dietary sources of iodine for this very reason.
